“Stayed for the weekend for a special event and it was wonderful to be able to stay in a great location. The place itself was small but perfect for us, it was cozy and clean, with a good view of the lake. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good vacation spot, plenty of fun activities and great places to eat around the area.”

“Accomodation was nice. Internet was very poor though and AC was very loud in 1 bedroom. Good location. Instructions for checkout were slightly confusing due to lists in the house differing to messages sent. It was lovely to watch the turtles swim in the water below us. Overall this property was ok for a few nights. We did enjoy our stay.”

“Manage|Me properties was very upfront. Very communicative. Positives were: 1. Close proximity to what I wanted to do & where I wanted to be. 2. Communication. 3. The place felt like a nice place away from home. Cons: 1. Application process. They reserve the right to accept or deny you.. never had that with an Airbnb. Which I do understand they own the place & reserve the right to do so.. felt very odd when seeing that. 2. Lots of “todo’s” & “not todo’s”. In their great communication there was also to much “todos” for me to really feel like it was “my place” for the weekend get away. Almost felt like I was walking on egg shells with all the possible fines. In my opinion.. should people be held accountable for dumb actions? Yes. But I do believe new guests shouldn’t be bombarded with 100-500.00 fines with simply maybe putting wet swim shorts on a ledge on the balcony. All in all it was a convenient location, good communication, & a happy time. Would I rent again? No.”

“We lived the close proximity to restaurants and activities. The only downside to the facility would be the top floor being quite warm. Each bedroom having their own bathroom facility was a great asset. We would definitely rent again.”

“It feels like company-owned is inferior to personally owned. We’d have liked much more attention to things being in working order (the blinds not missing slats, etc).”

“The location was great. Easy access to the Bagnell Dam strip, restaurants etc.. The complex was very relaxed and quiet. I would stay here again, however not in this unit. We were greeted with a broken storm door and someone left us a kiss on the mirror in the living room 💋 also bring your own towels and linens because theirs were stained and old.”

“Cool place and everything went smooth, but they stated it as 6 beds when it was really 4 beds and two air mattresses one of which was completely missing and they did not offer to replace it.”
