“Tv did not work and they said they will send someone but never did. We arrived at 6 pm and check in person arrived at 7 pm and charge us $75 because from 7 pm on they charge late fee. I claimed them they text me they will fix it but never happened. Bad experience.”

“היה מענה מהיר בהתחלה לאחר מכן פחות , שרוצים להמשיך שהיה אין הרבה מבחר עם מישהו סגר כבר מה שלא קורה במלון עצמו מרוחק מאוד מהקבלה הראשית מיקום משעמם רחוק מחניה במחיר סביר החדר לא היה נקי בעיקר המקלחת והשירותים”

“Multiple issues with this stay. 1. Check in after 7pm is $75 which was not communicated to me until the night before (by being given an external link, not in messages or Airbnb post). 2. They told the hotel I was staying for 2 nights rather than the 4 I booked through Airbnb, it was a headache communicating with the lobby and the owners lounge to sort out (not to mention the rudeness the staff gave me along the way) - this happened to multiple other guests using the same service on the same day (must be very frequent) 3. The bathroom is showing signs of age and incomplete maintenance with dirty door and scuffs on the wall, the carpet in the rest of the place is visibly aged and not completely maintained either 4. Everything is ridiculously overpriced, one cocktail with tip can be $40 at the pool (house keeping is several hundred). 5. You can find listings online for a comparable room in the same hotel for cheaper - so I overpaid for inconveniences and substandard care.”

“Mi experiencia fue buena ,pero por tratarse del Fontenblue ,podria ser mejor . Antes de la locacion pregunte x que lo lei en otras publicaciones el cobro x llegada tardia de 70 US$ ,primero no y una vez echa la reserva ,me avisaron del cobro que lo hace el Resort .La persona que nos recibio de MAK estaba muy apurada en irse hablaba español y ante un par de preguntas ,nos dijo que se las hiciera a la persona del hotel la cual solo hablaba ingles ,y se traducia con el celular . Ofrecian uso del Spa para 2 personas (Solo tiene una pileta pequeña con agua caliente ) y con capacidad limitada .Las sombrillas en la playa son de pago 35 uS$ dia .En cuanto a MAK ,se presentaron un par de problemas ,la falta de cubiertos de cocina , control remoto tv no funcionaba ,Mause computadora roto .Reclamos que hice x que te obligan a dejar un deposito alto en U$S No tenia tenedores y Me trajeron UN tenedor Eramos 2 y otro control remoto ahi dejaron la habitacion abierta ,x suerte no falto nada .”

“The Airbnb itself was nice, clean, and in a good location. However, the check-in experience was very difficult and stressful. We had trouble accessing the property and getting the required deposit processed. I was told the deposit could simply be charged to my card, but instead I had to use a separate payment link. When I tried to make the payment, Airbnb placed my account under review, which delayed everything even further. Because I couldn’t get access in time, I had to book another hotel just to have somewhere to stay, and unfortunately I ended up missing a concert I had planned and paid for. Once everything was finally resolved, the stay itself was fine, and helpful when we needed assistance . However, the check-in/payment process made the beginning of the stay much more stressful than it needed to be.”

“Nice views, strange smells in apartment and all tourist felt more of a hotel then real Miami apartment”
