“I had an amazing time staying here! The amenities were top-notch with absolutely no complaints. The host was incredibly accommodating and responded to any questions almost immediately. Check-in was super easy, and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The pools were definitely a highlight, so many great options to choose from. And the beach was only a 1-minute walk while still being connected to the hotel, which was perfect. Complementary spa was definitely needed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. The location was also very convenient and close to all the attractions, making it easy to get around and enjoy everything nearby. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely book again. 10/10, highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“The location was too much! For us anyway. Walking far to get to your room, waiting long for an elevator, valet parking took forever and does not match the price that they tell you instead of $60 a day they charged us $80 a day.”

“We booked our vacation for 5 days . After we checked in we found out that we need to check out next day from the hotel since they do not have a room for the next day and to come back again to stay for next 3 nights. It ruined one day of our vacation. We made at least 20 phones to figure out what happened. Most likely they double booked us. It was weekend all the other hotels were charging at least 800$ / night. We got at least 5 phones calls from the hospital manager and main desk to leave the second day ( with the kids and everything) . Finally after many fights with the hotel, contacting MaK, Airb they confirmed that we do not have to leave . Our cards were activated in PM but I could not leave the room. At the reception was another person who said that he booked a room but they do not have it. Worse experience. Never again.”
