absolutely loved my stay at this resort. From the moment we arrived, everything was beautiful, clean, and so relaxing. Upon staying there was noticeable blood/snot on the pillows left from previous persons staying there … even though the room had to be clean before we got there. I still had to pay a fee for the room to be cleaned when I noticed this upon arrival, not only that the room is not as clean as they advertise it to be. It’s filthy. They’re stains on the couches and pillows. The window slide is very dusty. The bathroom sink wasn’t thoroughly properly cleaned. I’m very disappointed and when I asked for a partial refund, they refused

Our stay in Miami offered a great amount of space for a family of four, with a living area and kitchen that were surprisingly large. Having two bathrooms was a major advantage, as it allowed us to navigate early mornings and bedtimes without disturbing the toddlers. Before arriving, I contacted MAK Realty to coordinate a grocery delivery, and they were incredibly helpful in ensuring our items were in the room upon arrival. Since I was told there was no toaster, I specifically ordered food that only required a microwave to accommodate my picky eaters. Unfortunately, the microwave was broken, and despite alerting the staff three separate times, the issue was never addressed. This lack of follow-up was a disappointment, as much of the food we purchased for our children ended up going to waste. No alternative solution was offered, which felt a missed opportunity for good service. However, the stunning views & the space remained the highlight. It was a comfortable stay overall

I’ve stayed at this hotel for 20 years, but booking through Airbnb was a huge mistake. I confirmed details the night before and was told everything was “the usual.” When I arrived, the hotel had no record of my reservation and the host (MAK) couldn’t provide a confirmation number - what should’ve been simple took many hours to fix. Then I learned the hotel wouldn’t store luggage for Airbnb guests and handed me a list of restrictions, none of which were disclosed. The host said they were surprised and would resolve it, then disappeared for four hours and claimed they couldn’t call the hotel. The only help came from hotel staff themselves. Room was standard but missing basics like hand soap. Other guests had similar issues. Bottom line: this setup is not ready for prime time - poor coordination, missing details, undisclosed restrictions, and fake responsiveness with no real support.

BAIT & SWITCH. We were sold a 1.2k sqft suite with 2 queens and given a tiny 450 sqft hotel room with 1 king. BE CAREFUL!! They sold 2 suite-style rooms in app. My friend and I rented both. He got his, & I got the old Bait-Switch. Communication is non-existant until the day prior. In chat, they say wait until day before for info. The Hotel did not have our names until then. We both confirmed the day prior in the app we were good. The morning of, at 11:05am on my drive to Miami, I was told my room was no longer available. Airbnb was great & offered a refund. You can't get anything the day of on S. Beach & had no where to stay. We had no choice to accept the tiny room. The Tressor tower has MAJOR elevator issues(30-40 min. wait!) Seemingly guests complained & were given our room in Sorrento Tower. Maybe Hosts made a deal with hotel?? Veteran guests say elevator is normal for Tressor! MAK Realty # goes to a private cell not an office. Great spot if you like gambling, 50/50 chance!

When we walked into the room, it was so muggy that everything in the room felt wet. We were practically slipping on the tile floor when we walked in then the second day we were there the vent on the ceiling started leaking water, and there was a puddle on the floor, where my daughter almost slipped and fell. I have reported it and nobody ever came to fix it or to fix the situation. I had a towel on the floor the whole time and had to keep replacing it because of how wet it got. After several attempts to notify the owner, no one ever got back to me at all. To say this was a disappointment is an understatement. Horrible customer service.
