Magical Stays's guest rating of 4.52 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“We were 4 mothers and daughters in town for a cheering competition. There was enough room for us all to have our own space and 2 living room spaces so adults and kids could each have their own space. We loved having our own pool as well as the community pool with the watersides!”airbnb

“The villa exceeded our expectations and was much bigger than we anticipated, which was perfect for our family stay near Disney World. The hard flooring throughout the house was brand new, and all the rooms felt fresh and clean. We had everything we needed during our stay. While the carpets could do with some updating and there were a few minor areas needing maintenance, this did not bother us at all and certainly would not deter us from staying here again. Travelling with young children, we felt this villa was the perfect match for our family and allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday comfortably. One of the highlights for us was the privacy in the backyard and around the swimming pool, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved waking up each morning to all the different creatures right on our doorstep — seeing the woodpecker was especially fun, along with the other animals we spotted during our stay. The location was excellent too, being very close to amenities.”airbnb

“The house is great with plenty of space. There are a good amount of dinning areas within a 2 mile radius. I had no trouble locating the house and getting entrance was simple. With that being said, I asked for an earlier check in than 4 p.m. as I landed at 11 a.m. The request was denied. Upon departure I requested a later check out than 10 a.m. as my flight was later in the evening, but that was also declined. You will need to pay a fee to turn the hot tub on. When requested they asked for $600 for it to be turned on for 6 days. A little misleading with location and proximity to the theme parks. There is heavy construction as of April 2026 and that makes it difficult to get on the highway, takes around 20 min. Last but not least, the back door will drive you insane. The door does not open or close easily. The alarm will be the thing you remember most. Overall it is a solid place and I enjoyed the majority of the stay.”airbnb

“Very quiet and peaceful Main pool and Jacuzzi were great, especially when it was a little chilly and we didn't want to pay for our slash pool to be heated. We would definitely would come back 😀”airbnb

“The house was nice. However, what they’re advertising as a “hot tub” is merely an extension of the pool. We paid $352 to heat the pool and “hot tub” for the week and the temperature of the “hot tub” was the same as the pool. We were expecting to relax in a hot tub after a long day running around the parks, but and it wasn’t even close. Very disappointing. After our trip, I inquired about a refund for the pool/ hot tub heating fee and was denied. I certainly do not recommend not paying the outrageous fee for heating the hot tub/pool.”airbnb

“There were minimal paper supplies. We had 3 trash bags and 2 dishwasher tabs for a 6 night stay. There was 1 bath towel per person and only 3 pool towels. 1 load of laundry soap. Do not leave any crumb of food on the counter or floor, ants. So many ants. We had to put everything in the fridge and take the trash out daily. Bought 4 ant traps and still had ants daily.”airbnb

“The host was very slow to respond. online It says the response time is one hour when you’re actually messaging them It says four hours however I reached out at 10:45 on Wednesday night the day we checked in did not get a response till Thursday at noon. I then answered right away that I needed help. We were unable to use the pool for our entire stay. How do we problem solve it to be able to enjoy that major part of why we picked the location no response at 1 o’clock no response at 9 o’clock when I repeatedly asked finally got response, but by then it would’ve taken 48 hours to fix the problem and most likely wouldn’t be able to fix it. By the time we left had he responded in a timely fashion we would’ve been able to fix that problem. The fans were filthy (pics included). Lots of ants, the baseboards were covered in things that probably had spilled from previous guest(pic included), and I have pictures and video of mold in the showers. I was unable to use one of the bathroom”airbnb
