Magical Stays's guest rating of 4.53 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“We travel for work we stayed at this property and it was extremely hot in the house there was instructions not to touch the air conditioning so it was always hot in the house, it was almost unbearable because the heat in Florida is unbearable. furniture outside is made of PVC piping and is ripped and falling apart as well as the inside of the home some things are outdated. It could definitely use a paint job on the inside. also be extremely careful if you have a service animal as they are trying to charge me fees for having my service animal which is also against federal law and also according to Airbnb policy I do not have to record or report the fact that I have a service animal.”airbnb

“Definitely a beautiful home just needs some TLC and some maintenance but over all we enjoyed our stay”airbnb

“The house is great with plenty of space. There are a good amount of dinning areas within a 2 mile radius. I had no trouble locating the house and getting entrance was simple. With that being said, I asked for an earlier check in than 4 p.m. as I landed at 11 a.m. The request was denied. Upon departure I requested a later check out than 10 a.m. as my flight was later in the evening, but that was also declined. You will need to pay a fee to turn the hot tub on. When requested they asked for $600 for it to be turned on for 6 days. A little misleading with location and proximity to the theme parks. There is heavy construction as of April 2026 and that makes it difficult to get on the highway, takes around 20 min. Last but not least, the back door will drive you insane. The door does not open or close easily. The alarm will be the thing you remember most. Overall it is a solid place and I enjoyed the majority of the stay.”airbnb

“The house was nice. However, what they’re advertising as a “hot tub” is merely an extension of the pool. We paid $352 to heat the pool and “hot tub” for the week and the temperature of the “hot tub” was the same as the pool. We were expecting to relax in a hot tub after a long day running around the parks, but and it wasn’t even close. Very disappointing. After our trip, I inquired about a refund for the pool/ hot tub heating fee and was denied. I certainly do not recommend not paying the outrageous fee for heating the hot tub/pool.”airbnb

“There were minimal paper supplies. We had 3 trash bags and 2 dishwasher tabs for a 6 night stay. There was 1 bath towel per person and only 3 pool towels. 1 load of laundry soap. Do not leave any crumb of food on the counter or floor, ants. So many ants. We had to put everything in the fridge and take the trash out daily. Bought 4 ant traps and still had ants daily.”airbnb

“The host was very slow to respond. online It says the response time is one hour when you’re actually messaging them It says four hours however I reached out at 10:45 on Wednesday night the day we checked in did not get a response till Thursday at noon. I then answered right away that I needed help. We were unable to use the pool for our entire stay. How do we problem solve it to be able to enjoy that major part of why we picked the location no response at 1 o’clock no response at 9 o’clock when I repeatedly asked finally got response, but by then it would’ve taken 48 hours to fix the problem and most likely wouldn’t be able to fix it. By the time we left had he responded in a timely fashion we would’ve been able to fix that problem. The fans were filthy (pics included). Lots of ants, the baseboards were covered in things that probably had spilled from previous guest(pic included), and I have pictures and video of mold in the showers. I was unable to use one of the bathroom”airbnb

“Extremely dirty. Ended up leaving early. Every morning corner of the house was covered in a thick layer of dust. Found a broken cup in the cupboard, pool was so small it can fit 3 people. House is rated for up to 8 people but only had 4 chairs outside.”airbnb

“We had a good time. Rooms and bathrooms were all fairly clean. Some ceilings/lights were dirty we noticed. Extremely bummed about the pool/hot tub as our time in Florida was about 60-70 degrees and according to reviews you got a hot tub for no added fee — that is not the case, you have to pay a crazy amount to heat a HOT tub. Overall the place was great; keep in mind if it’s going to be chillier temps that you have to pay for the heat in the pool/ hot tub though.”airbnb

“Overall good stay. Home was clean and looked like the pictures. As an avid Airbnb traveler and 5-star host who personally manages a home, it’s disappointing to book a home and have to buy basic items such as toilet paper, dish towels, dish soap, body soap, etc for your stay. A “starter kit” doesn’t provide a home like experience and as a host is very minimal in cost to provide your guests. Experience felt like a corporate owned home vs a host provided experience.”airbnb
