“Great place for large groups. We loved the set up and the different themed rooms. Lots of space to spread out. Pool was great and the amenities were awesome. Do know that it comes with starter items such as toilet paper, trash bags, and very small shampoo/soap. We also had to update them about the towels used which was a little odd. The kitchen pots and utensils have been through a lot which made it difficult to cook for our group, who find cooking enjoyable. We made it work but would have liked to have better cooking equipment. Overall, it is a great space and we had a great time.”

“First off, this place has a ton of potential. Great central location to Disney. Wonderful decor. It is right-sized for a party of 6-8. Shows very well in the photos. Again, it could be a very nice rental, but it really needs lots of TLC. This unit is really worn. The carpeting on stairs and upstairs bedrooms appears to have never been properly cleaned. The AC filter in the unit really needs replacing. There is no ceiling fan on either the back patio or in any of the bedrooms. The outlet on the back patio wasn't working. The mattress in the king-size bed upstairs is past it's prime. The cover material has little balls on the surface and you can feel it through the sheets. It did sag a good bit. The washer/dryer in the unit still function, but the lint screen has partially melted and the screen material is coming loose. Some rust around the washer tub. Barely enough glassware and flatware, one dish towel for an entire week? I wouldn't stay here again.”

“Great location, close to restaurants and shopping centers. The house offered all we needed for a 5 days stay and a big group.”

“The house is excellent: clean, organized, and even better than the photos. However, my experience was ruined by what appeared to be a predatory towing system. If you travel with a pickup or large vehicle, I would avoid staying here. Parking spaces are small, making it easy to accidentally cross a line. My vehicle was towed, and although I accept responsibility for parking outside the space, the recovery process was extremely difficult. No notice was left explaining where the vehicle had been taken, forcing me to spend hrs searching for it. I was traveling with my family and a 6-month-old baby and was not allowed to retrieve essential belongings from inside the vehicle. Because the truck was registered in my uncle’s name, I had to provide additional docs, which were not easily accepted. I was also given an incorrect towing company address. I saw several other vehicles towed during the weekend, and locals said this happens frequently. In the end, I lost 2 days of a 4-day trip.”

“This Airbnb has so much potential, but it does not reflect the just renovated description. It has its fair share of wear & tear. The yard was the nicest & largest we’ve had in this area but we experienced a major safety issue. One sliding door did not lock, & our toddler was able to get outside unnoticed. Thankfully, the pool safety gate was secured. The unlocked door was partially hidden by a couch, making it easy for a small child to access unnoticed. With a pool on the property, this should have been fixed before guests arrived. The cleanliness was also disappointing. A toilet marked as cleaned had what appeared to be a body hair under the lid, and we found additional hairs throughout the home. The headboard in the king bedroom was heavily stained and unsanitary. Floors, corners, & other areas showed signs of only a surface cleaning. The kitchen & outdoor trash cans were broken & should have been replaced. The property has potential but due to safety & cleanliness I would not return”

“unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Upon check-in, I noticed several cleanliness issues.. stained pillowcases, stained shower curtains, a stain on the living room couch, and trash left outside near the pool area. The TV remote was also missing the back cover piece. One of the main amenities we were looking forward to was the jacuzzi, but it did not work during our stay. We were informed that a replacement part needed to be ordered and repairs would not begin until it arrived Monday — the same day we were checking out. While the team did offer a late checkout and remained polite in their communication, it did not make up for the inconvenience and overall condition of the property. I will say the aesthetic of the Airbnb was cute, (the Mario themed game room) I get that issues can happen, but for the price paid, I expected a much cleaner and better-maintained stay. Overall, I am very disappointed and will never book with them again”

“The home is just ok - not a good value for what was paid. The pictures of the pool area are deceptive as it is almost as small as a hot tub. Some of the things that you normally expect like usb plugs in the outlet were not provided. There was leftover dog poop in the garbage bin from precious guests. This home is great for families with small kids or babies”

“Game room was a disappointment, Air hokey had one puck that looked like someone chewed on it. Pool table was ripped, bumpers broken and held together with duck tape. Murals peeling off walls. All but one bed were very firm, uncomfortable to sleep on. First floor bed had stains on the mattress. Carpets were very worn and stained. Bathroom walls had hand prints in spots. Pool area had weeds growing through patio and mildew on the screens and pool fencing screen. Extra charges for 1hr early check in and grill which was there and filthy. Overall, good layout, lots of space for large groups. Gated community, but loud at night with a lot of people parking all over the street. Signs by thermostat threatening you if you put below 72 degrees and HVAC fails, you will be responsible for repairs. TV Remotes were broken in bedrooms. Overall stay was okay, but pictures don't reflect current conditions.”

“The house was a nice house but trash bin too small, hot tub drains as u use it and its not a hot tub just a tub unless u pay $150 extra to heat it. The gate does not have an attendant so the one accross the street has to open the gate and they are never paying attention so the lines are always long and thats aftwe you figure out whoch gatebtonusw”
