“The full bathroom was not very clean. There was a spot on the toilet lid that was not clean and someone’s contact that was by the trash can. The shower head was cracked. There wasn’t very kitchen items to cook with either. The tvs are not smart TVs and that should be noted somewhere on the amenities.”

“The Cabin its self was great! Amazing location right on the river and walkable to town. The Tv's only worked for one night. We did get locked out of cabin due to the automatic door lock not working. Tried calling the office multiple times with all options no answer. Had to then drive to the office to get help and this was during business hours. Could use attention on a few things considering the price, but overall it was a nice place.”

“It was good , the cleaners need to be better trash can in kitchen was nasty, stains on sheets, back door full of leaves and dirt. Need to have a few more blankets for travelers only one in whole place glad I brought some!!”

“The home was beautiful and well furnished. We enjoyed it immensely. The only thing that was missing was a vacuum or a broom. I contacted the rental company and they loaned me a vacuum, but were not friendly and I didn't ask more than once, otherwise, this was a wonderful stay. This is our second time to rent this house.”

“The First Lady was really rude when we told her we couldn’t find it hung up on us but Frank called was very helpful polite and helped us find the home”

“Overall, we felt that it was a little pricey for what it was. The cabin was charming and well-located. However, some key details were overlooked. We arrived to a power outage in the kitchen and a bottom floor sink that was not draining. The upstairs bedroom was not comfy for adults, could be used for kids though. The management was responsive, but for the price we were a little disappointed.”

“The house was nice and we enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with a couple things in the house. The internet didn't work and the front door was a struggle to get open. We also had two pretty bad water leaks out of the toilet in the bathroom by the front door. We had to clean the mess up with the towels they provided and had to call and get more towels due to so much water leaking out of the base of the toilet. They had to have a plumber come and snake the main sewer line into the house. So that was a pretty big inconvience for our vacation. We felt like it wasn't our job to clean up the water flowing through the house. The location and house size was great and we were really pleased with how close it was to the river.”

“This condo was perfect for our needs. We loved the location and it was walkable to everything. It was as described. We were not made aware of the check in process and how it would work. The lady who checked us in was rude and not helpful explaining it either. We had to sign another contract with extra charges from $25- $500, they asked for my id and a credit card again, and made us return to their office twice to check in. All was perfect except for the check in process.”

“The house met our needs, but it needed some TLC. Windows were dirty, and there was no light above the dining room table. It made it hard to play cards in the evening. The bedrooms and kitchen were clean. Downstairs bathroom shower needs dirt and mold removable. Twin bedroom had no dresser or mirror, and it was occupied by an adult woman. It would be fine for children. Plenty of parking, including a garage. The deck off the dining room was very nice.”
