“Brandon made our stay an outstanding experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, the home was spotless, well-organized, and exactly as described in the listing. It was clear that great attention had been given to every detail to ensure guests felt comfortable and welcome. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, including plates, cups, utensils, cookware, and other kitchen essentials. The bedrooms were comfortable, the beds provided a great night's sleep, and the bathrooms were exceptionally clean and well supplied. One of the highlights of the property was the backyard. The pool and spa were fantastic and provided the perfect place to relax and unwind. We especially appreciated the extra touches, such as the pool floaties and air pump, which made enjoying the pool even more fun for the family. I’ve been at the desert so many times and I can say that I’ve finally found the one house to double probably visit it again again and again because me and the family had a great time. We didn’t have to leave the house from the moment we got there. Brandon is so amazing, communicative, and response so fast. Do yourself a favor and take your next vacation at this house.”

“Rented this place for 3 nights for my wife’s birthday weekend for us and our 6 yr old daughter, only 3 of us. The place is nice but they have a roach problem. We saw at least 4-5 roaches all in the kitchen table area, there was also trash and old chips under the sofas. We were supposed to stay for 3 nights but only stayed for less than 24 hrs due to the roaches. The host charged us for 1 night but still applied a $200 “cleaning fee” when they already have a roach problem, we were there not even 24 hrs and we didn’t even shower or get in the pool. Luckily customer support was great and refunded us the $200. Careful when choosing this location and host.”

“We booked a house with brandon, paid for it got confirmation and instructions to the house, including house door code. Once we arrived with my family there was gated entry to the property that we were never told about and with no instructions on how to get in or any code access for the gate. We contacted Brandon multiple times but he was not available, me and my kids were stranded middle of the night with no house. He never got back to us that day or the next day, it took him 2 days to responded saying im sorry we didnt notice we did not send gate info”

“Very responsive host, clean home as described. Everything was great, my only note is the dogs next door. They bark here and there but once we are inside we don’t hear them. Great pool outdoor area.”

“Too much unnecessary items (like lids for containers that are not there), broken items (like all the pool cues had no tips) and missing items (like no place to hang clothes in master). The good things were swamped by the annoying items rendering our stay very disappointing Could be a good place if owners cared about the guest experience- it seems they just want to earn a few dollars when they are not using the place”
