“I say 3/5 starts because It has a great location close to everything! The pool was amazing we had a great time swimming. The place needs a serious deep clean. You can tell it gets cleaned on the surface but IT NEEDS a deep clean and some appliances replaced. The showerhead was so disgusting. This kitchen was also not very well stocked. For saying the Airbnb can hold six people it felt weird there was only two bowls and two spoons.”

“Overall the place was good. Location was excellent. The view and the pool was great! Being able to see fireworks was a bonus! Only complaints I had was when we walked in we noticed spiders and other bugs on the curtains. Also there was trash left behind in the closet. Other things to note light bulbs was burnt out. No wash clothes was provided.”

“The location and view were the best parts of this Airbnb, and the A/C worked well during the stay. It was also conveniently close to attractions, which made getting around easy.Unfortunately, the overall condition and experience were disappointing. The unit was not tidy upon arrival dishes were dirty, the bathroom was dusty, and the shower curtains looked dingy and unclean. There were also several maintenance and safety concerns, including screws coming out of the dresser, a missing blade on the fan, a balcony light that did not work, and a bed frame that felt unstable and unsafe. The cleaners entered the property unannounced before our checkout date, which temporarily left me locked out and made the stay feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. In addition, streaming services and entertainment features advertised were not functioning properly. We saw these maintenance issues during the stay and the host ONLY gave us 24 hrs to report any issues but it was too many issues during our stay.”

“There was black mold throughout both restrooms, which made us feel unwell and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and safety. The bunk bed also appeared unstable and on the verge of falling apart. In addition, we were unable to use the TV because the remote had no batteries. When we requested replacements, the batteries provided were the wrong size.”

“Despite being labeled a 2 bedroom, note it's only one bedroom and they put 2 beds in the hallway between room and kitchen area. Not ideal for anyone with children.”

“The location was convenient, but unfortunately our stay fell short overall. The space did not feel properly cleaned upon arrival. There was a noticeable ammonia-like odor coming from the bedroom rug and prior food crumbs on kitchen table, and the fan in the bedroom did not work, making it uncomfortable to sleep. We also noticed what appeared to be insect droppings on the ceiling above the kitchen table and strands of spider webs on kitchen light, along with other broken fixtures. With better attention to cleanliness and basic maintenance, this place could be improved.”
