“Our stay was amazing ! The unit was exactly as shown on AirBNB. The client concierge was very responsive and helpful 24/7. This trip was very important as we were celebrating my bachelorette and we couldn’t have stayed at a better place. The location is perfect as well. We even received a bottle of champagne, box of chocolates and balloons. Honestly it was an exceptional experience and will 100% stay there again and recommend to anyone else traveling to South Beach.”

“We stayed in Unit 1408 and overall had a great experience. The unit was beautiful, very clean, had an amazing view, and was perfectly located within the hotel. We loved the amenities and rarely felt the need to leave the property. The reason for the 4-star rating was mainly the hosting experience. Check-in was at 4 PM and the host told us at 3:50 to meet in the lobby so they could escort us to the unit. We waited in the lobby for 45 minutes for our host but no one came. We eventually went to the room by ourselves after wasting almost an hour. We were also accidentally sent another guests contract containing personal information, while another guest received my contract with an incorrect signature under my name. The hosts asked if we were celebrating anything, yet didn’t acknowledge our celebration. Seemed very unprofessional. Lastly, requests like an extra robe were overlooked despite me letting the host know prior. Still, the property itself was great and we had an amazing stay.”

“My stay was not enjoyable. Construction went on from early morning until late evening, and even around midnight workers were still on site while we tried to relax on the balcony. I should have been informed, as the constant banging and jackhammering made it impossible to relax. When we checked in, we found bugs in a light fixture. Although housekeeping said it would be cleaned, the bigger issue was staff entering the room without permission. I had clearly requested that no one enter without prior notice. The next morning, my husband found a man standing in the living room while he was only in his robe, which was very upsetting. Later, after my husband and son left, two Setai employees came to the door. One angrily insisted someone had let the technician in, but I explained that no one had given permission. The interaction was very unsettling. Later that day, I found another man in the kitchen with my groceries, again without notice. I am used to being notified before anyone enters.”
