“We had a great stay right near Deer Valley Pond, a community heated pool and spa and a very spacious house. The AC was nice but took days to cool down the upstairs, we needed a couple fans and the host was able to bring one for us. The cookware is a little slim and should be upgraded especially since we stayed 9 days and cooked a lot but olive oil and spices were provided which was nice! The mattresses are all VERY firm but the linens were soft and all white.”

“The Management Company was wonderful to work with. Cody did an excellent job seeing to our needs. The home was spacious with lots of bedrooms, beds were comfy and linens/bath towels were lovely. The kitchen was well supplied with anything needed. We did have a few issues during our stay, the barbecue was not working correctly, and the living room TV was also not working. Cody was great to come by and take care of it for us. We did not get a chance to use the hot tub, but it did appear super clean. We enjoyed our stay there celebrating a big birthday with family. Thanks for sharing your home!”

“the host was very supportive and responsive. I had some troubles with the TV, they sent a tech over and replaced the TV instantly. They also had very clear and simple instructions. private and cozy room. lots to do nearby. I would stay here again.”

“Ok I scored low in some places because I’m honest and will explain, but I want to say the management company was the best communicator and responsive host I have ever seen. We had some issues with the unit that I think probably could have been seen before we checked in and communicated but it didn’t happen that way. But they immediately helped us by opening up the other portion of the unit which fixed most of the issues and was beautiful. I wish we had booked that side from the get go and if we go back I will be asking them to book that side of the unit. They recommended services for beauty that were absolutely amazing. The resort was beautiful and convenient to what we needed. The staff on site were about the nicest we have ever met. So again the not 5 stars is not about the effort in their service by any means, it was just a disappointment in the situation momentarily. I am positive they will have those ironed out before renting again based on their professionalism. Highly recommend!”

“We had an excellent stay at Pendry. Everything was truly outstanding—from the hotel service to the overall experience. Brad was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure everything went smoothly during our stay. The level of service from both him and the hotel staff was top-notch. The location is perfect, especially with its close proximity to the gondola, which made getting on the mountain very easy. There are also great restaurants nearby, and ski rentals were convenient and hassle-free. The unit itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for our family. Overall, everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend both Pendry and working with Brad.”

“We absolutely loved this home! The house was spotless and even nicer than the photos. Plenty of towels and the beds/linens were super comfortable. We were very impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked…truly everything we needed and all of the kitchen items were in pristine condition. Additionally the home was well stocked with tp, paper towels, spices, garbage bags, etc. The management company came and introduced themselves and were very easy to get a hold of. We come to PC to ski yearly and this is the second time we’ve stayed in this neighborhood. It’s an easy 12-15min drive to PC Mountain. Highly recommend!”
