Great location, beautiful decor and well stocked. There are lots of stairs so if that’s a problem for any of your guests keep that in mind. The beds are comfortable!!!!! We had an enjoyable stay at this location and recommend it.

Ok I scored low in some places because I’m honest and will explain, but I want to say the management company was the best communicator and responsive host I have ever seen. We had some issues with the unit that I think probably could have been seen before we checked in and communicated but it didn’t happen that way. But they immediately helped us by opening up the other portion of the unit which fixed most of the issues and was beautiful. I wish we had booked that side from the get go and if we go back I will be asking them to book that side of the unit. They recommended services for beauty that were absolutely amazing. The resort was beautiful and convenient to what we needed. The staff on site were about the nicest we have ever met. So again the not 5 stars is not about the effort in their service by any means, it was just a disappointment in the situation momentarily. I am positive they will have those ironed out before renting again based on their professionalism. Highly recommend!

The place was exactly as advertised and the host was very responsive in assisting either a minor issue we had during our stay. The WiFi was fast and consistent. We would definitely stay again!

We rented two condos to stay at the base of PCMR for our Spring Break. We had a group of 12 that consistent of 7 adults and 5 kids (age 9 and under). The two condos are directly next door to each other and have only 2 other condos at the other end of the hall. This worked well for our group, and allowed us to stay at the base and not need a shuttle. This meant we had two kitchens (only used one), two dining spaces (great to separate kids and adults) and a space to hang out once we put the kids to bed at night. A literal 1-minute walk to the Payday lift and ski school drop off. A+++ location. The condos are spacious, clean and well outfitted. The free PC bus stop is a 2 minute walk away, which was great. We walked downtown one night, which was easy. Beds are comfortable. Nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided which is appreciated. The walk to the pool/hot tub is a little far, but no big deal once we got the hang of it. All in, it was a great trip that worked well for a large group.

The condo itself was excellent — very clean, well-stocked with cooking supplies, and ample toiletries. The location and space were fantastic. 5 stars for the unit. Communication and coordination were the main challenges. The elevator was broken and we were not notified in advance. The unit is on the 4th floor, and we were traveling with young children, an infant, and ~100 lbs of ski gear, so carrying luggage/groceries/kids/gear up daily was difficult. We were initially given the wrong room number through Airbnb messaging. After carrying our gear upstairs, we learned the correct unit was two floors higher, and then the key did not work. The bellman also delivered our groceries to the wrong room, which took time to sort out. Because the condo is privately managed within a hotel, the front desk would not assist with basic questions and directed us back to the host. Clearer communication and a welcome guide would greatly improve the experience. 4 stars overall.

Lied about us damaging an item of furniture to recoup costs on the fact that we paid half their usual rate for Presidents’ Day weekend. Would avoid. Disreputable.
