“We wish we could write some good-things about this place but it was far from the “luxury” experience it was advertised to be. The furniture was stained, and many of the house facilities were outdated, old, and clearly in need of significant maintenance. Throughout our stay, we had to contact management every single day about new issues—or the same problems that had still not been resolved. Hot water, shower head, water pressure, A/C, etc. One night, 2 of random young guys showed up at the front entrance after midnight and started playing basketball outside. They claimed a girl who lived in the house had invited them. The situation felt very unsettling and chaotic. On top of that, the garbage bin was already full when we arrived, so we had to empty it ourselves. Overall, the property did not match the expectations of a luxury stay. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a well-maintained or high-end place. Very disappointed.”
