Luxe Living STR Properties

“We had a wonderful stay at Awnna’s place. A min walk to beach across the street with a nice restaurant. Awnna was very helpful and considerate of making changes to our reservation due to bad weather conditions. Definitely recommend Awnna’s place.”

“Great stay! Good communication, and we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit very much.”

“Our host was extremely responsive. She responded within 20 minutes any time I messaged. The place was beautiful. We got to see a bear! 🐻”

“This was the nicest cabin we have ever stayed in at the smokies. The surroundings were beautiful. We enjoyed the back porch fireplace and TV every evening and morning. It was so quiet and peaceful, you could just enjoy nature. The amenities especially in the kitchen were great. I am use to bringing our own spices and cooking essentials, but Awnna’s place had it all. I will definitely be back and recommend to others.”

“This home was beautiful and the host was great to work with.”

“My husband and I enjoyed our few days away at Awnna’s place. It had everything you need for a peaceful get away! We were far enough away from Gatlinburg to enjoy the peace and quiet and close enough to get in to town easily if we wanted to. Would definitely come back!”

“Awnna's home was stunning. We had a family of 7. Everyone enjoyed their stay. We especially the game room, pool, hot-tub and fire pits and even the bears passing by! The views from the decks are truly unbelievable! She is an amazing host very responsive and the level of care put in this property really shows. We would definitely book this property again in the future. It is a 10!”

“Our vacation was wonderful. The house was beautiful, clean, had activities for the family and easy to get to. I would highly recommend this vacation house and host to others! Loved!”

“Great host! Great location! Highly recommend!!”
