“What a beautiful place to stay-not far from the beach, access to the private pool/hot tub, shops in walking distance, great condo with lots of space to unwind and relax! Adriana was very helpful and even came out one night to help us get back into the condo-the battery died on the key pad and after sending her a message, she responded quickly and headed over to replace the battery-mahalo!”

“The Airbnb was immaculate and the views were amazing. It’s also very well located to activities and excursions and not very far from food and restaurant options. The entry etc to the resort area is very nice and there are a couple of pools which was great. The communication with the host was also seamless.”

“We needed an emergency stay after our home got disrupted during hurricane lala and they responded quickly and accommodated our family 🫶🏽The stay was comfortable , it was very spacious my fav part was the ac 😌 Kona can be very hot so the ac was well needed ! The kitchen had everything you would need to cook , the beds and pillows was so soft and comfortable, the wrap around lanai was such a special treat to have especially early mornings and evenings ,washer and dryer in unit was a plus , the host was very easy to communicate with I would definitely rent from them again thank you Luva for hosting me and my family !”

“Lokahi Orchards was easy to find and very easy to check into. Luva was responsive throughout the stay. The place was stunning and spotless, and beautifully appointed (the koa wood is from island trees). The kitchen is fully equipped. The rooms are spacious with large walk-in closets, and each one has a lanai with an ocean view. For the outdoors-minded, head for the beaches, go hiking (we enjoyed some light to medium ones, the house has a helpful list), or just wander around downtown - try Kona coffee or poke or other Hawaiian foods. We went to Hapuna beach and stopped at Kuleana Rum Shack on the way back. Or… stay in, light the tiki torches, sprawl around the spacious lanai, grill your dinner (local KTA market is recommended), and watch the incredible sunset. Now that is a magical evening. Overall, strongly recommended for a wonderful time with family and friends.”

“We had a magical stay and somewhat difficult to even articulate. The ocean sounds were absolutely incredible. The views were magical and rising with the sun and designing for the night with the sunsets were spectacular. The bed facing the ocean was one of the most comfortable mattresses and good sleep on vacay is so crucial. We will definitely be booking a stay here again. This is a step away from the stress of the real world in so many ways. Also lastly I want to add that the house is soooo equipped with literally anything you could possibly need. “LOVED our stay. Would absolutely rent again. Fully stocked kitchen - easy to cook in. Knives were even sharp! Loved the lanai, beautiful views, walk right out into paradise. Condo was spotless, well organized, and obviously had pride of ownership. Management company was great to work with. No complaints - except we should have stayed one more day. Wasn’t long enough! We left a paddle ball set for future guests to enjoy.”

“The house was amazing. Different bedrooms encircle a beautiful jungle courtyard, giving every family privacy, but making it easy for us all to come together. The golf carts were a hit with our teenagers. We loved the outdoor showers. The view of the sunset every night at dinner was jaw-dropping. You can open up all the doors in the late afternoon, and turn off the air-conditionings; an ocean breeze ripples through the main house. The pool is lovely: long enough to swim laps in, deep enough to jump into, with adjoining hot tub and kiddie-pool area. The kitchen has two or three dishwashers, refrigerators and sinks, making it easy to cook and clean up for a crowd. The location near the resort made it easy to walk down to the beach, the gym or the resort pools. And then the LUVA service was fantastic, brimming with local advice, eager to help out, very friendly and responsive. This was one of the best vacations our family has ever had.”
