Lucky Savannah's guest rating of 4.70 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“This Airbnb is one of my favorites. Very clean and in the perfect walking distance location to everything Savannah has to offer. The primary bedroom is split downstairs while the other two are upstairs and each floor has its own private bathroom. This was the perfect place for our girls weekend. Comfy beds, great water pressure and so charming inside.”airbnb

“Beautiful stay for a reunion of old friends. The house accommodated four couples quite comfortably. Quaint, comfortable, all the necessary amenities. So glad we chose this property.”airbnb

“The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to take my daughter to the park and she loved it. The home itself is beautiful and taken care of.”airbnb

“This was the perfect place for our lil' family - can't beat the location (a beat away from Forsyth, quick walk to anything and everything). The courtyard?! An absolute dream.”airbnb

“Amazing location and the apartment was a dream! Such a walkable area with beautiful streets and squares nearby, we frequently popped back to the house to rest or regroup which felt like a luxury in and of itself. We loved the beautiful furnishings and historic home. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well appointed for cooking, and getting lunch downstairs at Mrs. Wilkes was absolutely worth it - what a special experience. Would definitely recommend this spot!”airbnb

“Very cute, great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Close to all things Savannah. We parked the car and walked everywhere except for our outing to Tybee Island and Bonaventure Cemetery. WiFi worked well. Beds were comfy. Shower had good pressure and got nice and hot. There weren’t a lot of extras like some Airbnb’s supply (snacks, loads of extra towels/shower supplies) and we could occasionally hear the upstairs neighbors, but those were minor and nonissues for us. Would definitely stay again on the next trip to Savannah!”airbnb

“Beautiful shell with a lot of hidden issues. Great bed but not easy to enjoy when construction starts at 6:45am and runs till 5pm so not a lot of room for R&R. When trying to use the restroom around midnight I was greeted by a roach size of my full thumb. Reached out to the host 3 different ways and response was delayed and said they would send someone out to spray. I let them know the times I would be away (10am-3pm) and they showed up 4:30pm and only sprayed outside. That doesn’t do much when the insect was in the bathroom. If the hospitality was a lot better between response time and overall care it would have been better but the lack of communication for construction and care towards the run in with the roach noted in other reviews really did it for me.”airbnb

“Overall, it was a really good experience and the house was exactly as described and very clean. Most Airbnbs have descriptions and photos that are better than the actual experience but this location was fully accurate. The only downside is that there was miscommunication on what the keypad code was upon check-in. Our flight was delayed so we go to the house at around 2am and the code didn't work. I tried calling the 24/7 number provided but nobody picked up so we had to book a hotel room around the corner at 3am. I thought it was reasonable to get a full refund for the 1st night plus get covered for the hotel cost. But they did not cover the hotel cost and the 1st night refund amount only covered the room rate for the 1st night and not the cleaning fee or taxes and fees. They offered an additional amount on top of the room rate but that still didn't even cover the cleaning fee. Thankfully Airbnb stepped in and helped fully resolve but I felt it could've been easier.”airbnb
