“Great stay!”

“This was such a lovely stay and perfect for a weekend getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed swinging on the front porch as the rain drizzled down and listening to the birds chirping. It is nestled in a neighborhood community right on the river and as residents of a major city, we were so happy at how quiet and peaceful the area was. The local restaurant was an easy walk!”

“Quiet, great location next to the park. Our small complaint is there is little stocked (minimal kitchen supplies, two rolls of toilet paper, etc)”

“Really enjoyed our stay in Savannah! Overall the place was great. You’re in a walkable area with lots of restaurants and shops. One thing to note is the nightlife does get noisy as the unit sits right next to a bar. A sound machine is provided which helped to block out the noise but something to consider if you’re early to bed and/or a light sleeper!”

“Yes, dime. Here's the full review with everything put together, ready to paste: The location of this Savannah rental is fantastic, and the space itself was lovely and convenient. The air conditioning worked well, which we really appreciated. The building's plumbing had some issues, and the check-in instructions for the building weren't very clear, as other guests ended up knocking on our door looking for directions. We also didn't hear from the host during our stay, and the towels were limited and a bit rough. Overall, it was an average experience. The location and the space are real positives, but for the price, I expected a bit more in terms of communication and guest experience. If you're watching your budget and expect luxury or service you may find better value elsewhere.”

“Beautiful shell with a lot of hidden issues. Great bed but not easy to enjoy when construction starts at 6:45am and runs till 5pm so not a lot of room for R&R. When trying to use the restroom around midnight I was greeted by a roach size of my full thumb. Reached out to the host 3 different ways and response was delayed and said they would send someone out to spray. I let them know the times I would be away (10am-3pm) and they showed up 4:30pm and only sprayed outside. That doesn’t do much when the insect was in the bathroom. If the hospitality was a lot better between response time and overall care it would have been better but the lack of communication for construction and care towards the run in with the roach noted in other reviews really did it for me.”

“Overall, it was a really good experience and the house was exactly as described and very clean. Most Airbnbs have descriptions and photos that are better than the actual experience but this location was fully accurate. The only downside is that there was miscommunication on what the keypad code was upon check-in. Our flight was delayed so we go to the house at around 2am and the code didn't work. I tried calling the 24/7 number provided but nobody picked up so we had to book a hotel room around the corner at 3am. I thought it was reasonable to get a full refund for the 1st night plus get covered for the hotel cost. But they did not cover the hotel cost and the 1st night refund amount only covered the room rate for the 1st night and not the cleaning fee or taxes and fees. They offered an additional amount on top of the room rate but that still didn't even cover the cleaning fee. Thankfully Airbnb stepped in and helped fully resolve but I felt it could've been easier.”
