Luana Hawaii Realty
4.67Visit website
Luana Hawaii Realty's guest rating of 4.67 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“The place was ok. For the price you can get a better unit with kitchen but due to the short time we had to book this was an ok option. Location is great. The bathroom should look more clean in my opinion. It had water marks on the vanity as it was just superficially cleaned. The mini fridge wasn't closed properly by the time of my arrival which left the result in a dumped carpet. Overall a good stay.”airbnb

“We had a great stay at Marine Surf Waikiki. I was a little nervous because I’d read reviews on other units in the building citing cleanliness and possibly bed bugs or cockroaches, but I found no sign of either after a thorough inspection prior to bringing my luggage into the unit. The only disappointment was that the pool was closed, and although the description did say that the pool would be closed during certain parts of lanai re-finishing, it did not give dates or say for sure that the pool would be closed, it sounded like there was a chance it would be open. The only flaw we found in the unit was that the shower curtain liner had mildew spots on it and the shower drained slowly.”airbnb

“Awesome place with amazing amenities in the complex. Hot tub and patio are the best part. The unit is well equipped and pleasant. The staff at the development maintain the facilities, including the hot tub, meticulously. Luana realty was also very responsive to a couple of minor issues that came up. A few notable points to consider : The patio gets a lot of traffic noise and the wifi doesn't quite work there. The patio has the best view though. We were still happy to use it, and spent a lot of time there! (hot tub, lounge chairs, dining table, and BBQ grill helped a lot!) The main bedroom has a queen bed that is really creaky. The indoor dining option is limited to the kitchen counter.”airbnb

“Could have been a great destination… but you should probably check out the next door unit on the local apps, half the cost of this place for the same penthouse”airbnb

“This was certainly a convenient and spacious place to stay, with beautiful views! I chose the location because a friend lives nearby. While being adjacent to a huge mall was a major plus during stormy weather, I can’t say anything made me want to return. It is essentially a penthouse run by a third party management company in a hotel that is a bit dated, and everything feels a bit stale. It could use an update and some TLC. The guest experience is essentially that of an ordinary hotel stay, not that of the Air BnB’s I typically choose. Thoughtful touches and attention to detail are not a priority. The bare minimum is provided, but for the most part you have everything you need (except coffee). If size is more important than character, this unit is fine. The beds were comfortable and it was as clean as it could be without a remodel. Communication was fine, check in was easy, and I appreciated the Starbucks in the lobby.”airbnb
