“English is below, 写真と実際の設備が大きく異なった。写真ではベッドが4台あるように見えるが、実際には2台のみ。電話しても2回「部屋を確認してください」と言われ、最終的にスタッフが来たのは30分以上後。3人がかりで30分かけて、ようやくソファをベッドにしていた。到底素人ではむり。その内1台はかなり傾いており、とても快適とは言えない睡眠だった。 何より残念だったのはオペレーターの対応。謝罪もほとんどなく、非常に不快で失礼な口調だった。日本人スタッフだったため日本語で対応したが、これほどプロフェッショナルではないサービス対応は初めてです。本当に失礼な日本語でした。 安さを重視するなら選択肢かもしれませんが、私たちの滞在は非常に不快でした。写真と実際が違うこと、何より顧客対応に大きな問題がある。 The property was very different from the photos. The listing showed four sofa beds, but there were actually only two. When we called, we were twice told to “check the room.” It took over 30 minutes for three staff members to arrive, and another 30 minutes for them to figure out how to turn the sofas into beds. One sofa bed was also severely tilted, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The worst part was the operator’s attitude. There was little to no apology, and the tone was extremely rude and unpleasant. This ruined our feeling and stay so bad. We will never come back and do not recommend.”

“The place was ok. For the price you can get a better unit with kitchen but due to the short time we had to book this was an ok option. Location is great. The bathroom should look more clean in my opinion. It had water marks on the vanity as it was just superficially cleaned. The mini fridge wasn't closed properly by the time of my arrival which left the result in a dumped carpet. Overall a good stay.”
