“Great host and apartment. Enjoyed my stay”

“I overall enjoyed my stay however I DID NOT like the person n who checked me. First I was charged over 200+ when i was only supposed to be charged for 1 night then when I went downstairs to handle it with the hotel I seen the lady who checked me and I asked her if she does air bnb and checked me in she looks at me and says no … meanwhile I knew that was her I then proceeded to look at her to make sure I was talking to the right person and asked her again her response this time was “did i check you in” like duh obviously I’m not asking you for no reason! I don’t like how she simply lied in my face when I asked her a simple question because I KNEW she checked me in. Somehow I was charged for 6 nights instead of 1 but the hotel resolved my problem. Moreover great stay but I dislike the dishonesty for no reason….”

“Absolutely beautiful home located inside the Gale Hotel! Right in downtown and so close to everything. The check in was smooth and the home was absolutely beautiful. The views were unbeatable and lovely to wake up to everyday. The host was super responsive and answered our questions quickly. Very comfortable stay and we used a lot of amenities like the spa, pool, and lounge. Only issue we had was hand soap isn’t provided in any of the restrooms which was brought up to the host but they did state other supplies like body wash are included so we just bought our own which wasn’t that big of a deal. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this spot to others.”

“Great location, Miami Beach is visible right from the balcony. my family and I sat out there watching the boats go by at the end of most days. It was easy to get around. Miami world center is right there and the free Metromover station is at the end of the block. There are a lot of restaurants and things to do within easy reach. There is a CVS on the next block over, a Publix within a 10 minute walk and a Whole Foods within 15 minutes by Metromover. We didn't rent a car and just walked to the stores so I can't comment on the parking situation. They also had a beautiful pool and a nice gym. Only thing I'd warn about is that the kitchen was understocked if you're going to be cooking for a large group. We found that we had enough forks and knives for one meal, but we would have been short if we had any more people. It would have been nice if there were some oven mitts, kitchen towels, a ladel, a whisk, and other kitchen essentials. The host was very responsive and helpful. 5⭐”

“Enjoyed our stay and location. Well situated and close to many Miami attractions. Brickell City Center was a brisk 20 minute walk away. Only downside is that you have to pay for parking, however the lot just south of the building (literally across the street) was only $15 per day. Responsive hosts.”

“Had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive, welcoming, and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was great, and the accommodations had everything needed for a relaxing trip. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!”

“Lua's place is in a great location and the unit itself was nice, but we had several issues during our stay. Only one towel per person was provided for a 3-night stay, and there were no extra paper towels or body wash. Despite multiple requests, the property manager was not helpful. Extra body wash later appeared in the unit even though we never gave permission for anyone to enter, which was concerning. We were also locked out late at night because a the door was locked from inside by a friend who was sleeping and the key card stopped working. We were stranded for 45 minutes, and the receptionist at Gale residence was not helpful and pretty rude. We were stuck in the lobby until another receptionist kindly helped us and called security to debug the lock. Lua never provided instructions warning guests not to lock the door from inside. Lastly, bedroom #2 had no mirror, which was inconvenient. Overall, the location was great, but communication and guest support need improvement.”
