“The location was great! It was very close to downtown and a convenient walk to morning coffee and dinner at night. The house is old so it has quirks-the doors to the master bedroom don't close completely, the kitchen is small, and the bathroom shower is so tiny that the curtain sticks to you when you wash. However, the location is prime.”

“We had a great time! We struggled to figure out the hot tub. Niki responded immediately and sent the maintenence man at the earliest possible business hour. We didn't have an issue after. Nice tall showers, enough livingroom comfy chairs for the amount of beds, provided pots and pans for cooking, extra blankets and pillows. Niki thought of everything”

“Niki’s place had plenty of room and had a great location however, as an older house, which was fine, it was a bit worn and could use some extra TLC. The hot tub was the biggest disappointment. We got in and while we had it on, we noticed green sludge on our bodies and a heavy ring around the waterline. I notified Niki and she sent her maintenance person quickly to correct it. However, when we turned it on, some, but less of the green sludge reappeared. There was likely residual sludge in the pipes. Niki was very responsive but it was still a disappointment. Without the hot tub issue, we would have given this property a 4 rating.”
