“MIchael was a great host, very responsive and provided great local recommendations, including a fishing excursion. We had 3 couples plus a single in our party and the house was spacious enough for us to gather together and also enough for everyone to enjoy privacy as needed. The house is warmly decorated with coastal decor, and interesting collectibles. Last, but, not least, the view is SPECTACULAR, with panoramic ocean views from the various decks, including off Master bedroom on 2nd floor. WE loved it and will definitely be back !!”

“Michael was an absolutely amazing host to work with. He was very proactive, provided accurate check-in instructions, and was very responsive when there was issues during our stay. We were having issues with the stove in the kitchen and had to change ourdinner plans. Michael and his team were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. “This is the place to stay if you’re visiting Isle of Palms! Everything about our stay was excellent. The beds were very comfortable, and the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas were perfect for spending time together as a family. The primary bedroom and bathroom were especially impressive. While the house isn’t directly on the beach, it’s literally just one block away and an incredibly easy walk. The outdoor shower was also very convenient for rinsing off after coming back from the beach. We truly have no complaints. Anytime we had a question or wanted a local recommendation, Michael and his team were quick to respond and very helpful. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and we knew exactly what to expect, including the checkout process. We would absolutely stay here again if we bring our family back to the Charleston and Isle of Palms area. Highly recommended!”

“Our stay in your home was beautiful and peaceful. Steps away from the pool and the ocean with gorgeous views of the beach on one side and the setting sun over the pristine golf course. We loved all of the decks and enjoyed some meals outside as well. The beds and the linen were extremely comfortable and the kitchen was fabulous for preparing meals. You thought of everything to make our stay complete. We felt very comfortable and safe. Thank you for being a wonderful host and for sharing your home with us! We also loved pac man. A family favorite! We cannot wait to visit again soon!”
