“We had a wonderful stay celebrating my Dad's 70th birthday in Knoxville! Walkable to some really fun spots (we're craft beer lovers so you've got Xul, Crafty Bastard, and several others at your fingertips) and close to the Old City and Downtown. The house was clean and so unique. The host was responsive and wonderful. Would highly recommend for larger groups.”

“I’ve never been more pleased with a rental stay in my life. We couldn’t love this property more! We hope to stay many more times in the future. We stayed for our wedding weekend just the two of us, but had 11 ladies + a glam team over Saturday morning for wedding glam and it was the sweetest space to make great memories and had plenty of room for everyone. The location is absolutely perfect while still feeling private! Host was responsive and friendly, house was spotless. Bed was comfy and amenities were beautiful. We hope to stay here more in future!”

“I found this place and rented it as a surprise for one of my family members. The Hobbit House. It was quite a magical stay there with the outside being architecturally designed for this theme, as well as the inside being beautifully rounded rooms and every single room, including the bathrooms. My family member now wants to stay in Airbnb houses indefinitely. I highly recommend this Airbnb because of how fun and unique it was. Thank you for taking the effort to create this fascinating Airbnb home.”

They’re very proactive and every action that needs to take place to make sure that you have a very comfortable and enjoyable stay throughout the correspondence between the host and myself it was always an air of “how may I help?” rather than “what’s the problem now?” I easily give this listing 20 out of 10 stars.”

“Such a beautifully furnished unique home! It was our homebase for my daughter’s wedding week and was the perfect venue for our group! Everything was extremely clean, well furnished, and hosts were wonderful to communicate with. Would highly recommend.”

“House was perfect for the number of smoky we had there. Good communication and we’re flexible with our needs. Answered all of our inquiries in a timely manner. Only issue we had (minor) was ice maker did not produce any ice and probably need to have additional kitchen trash bags provided. Only ones were those in the trash containers. Really enjoyed our short time there and would definitely recommend for large groups/families. It fit our needs perfectly.”
