“We truly enjoyed our stay. The host was very friendly and responsive. The location was prime for food, fun, and drinks. The place was clean. I was able to check out the gym which was a plus. I will definitely be staying again in the future.”airbnb

“Unfortunately, this stay was a major disappointment, especially since we previously stayed here and had a much better experience. We ran into multiple issues throughout the trip, including several non-working outlets, broken blind panels, stains on the couch, and the AC being out for most of the weekend during 90-degree weather. The unit became so hot that we had to leave for most of the day because it was uncomfortable to even stay inside. The listing photos were also misleading. We originally booked expecting the high-floor view shown in the photos, but were placed in a first-floor room and had to switch rooms the first night, which caused us to miss dinner reservations and threw off our plans. The amount of issues combined really took away from the experience and made the trip stressful instead of enjoyable. Hoping management improves maintenance, communication, and accuracy in the listings moving forward because the location itself has potential.”airbnb

“Do not recommend this place. I paid ~$2100 for 17 nights but couldn’t stay at all. The main issue was access — the building code didn’t work and was changed about 5 times. Even after updates, it kept failing. I spent over an hour trying to get in and had to rely on others. I informed the host I was leaving and requested a refund, but they stopped responding and delayed the process for 5 days, even though I never used the apartment. The most serious issue was safety. When I returned the next day, I got stuck in the elevator. The doors opened only a few inches and got stuck. I pressed the button multiple times but nothing worked, and I was trapped for ~10 minutes until someone helped from outside. The host later said to use other elevators, which makes no sense. Overall, I never stayed there and had to deal with support for days. Avoid this place. This place should not be listed until these issues are properly fixed.”airbnb

“Bedsheets had hair, sofa was dusty, and the shower was a mess. I tried to cut short my stay after booking another hotel and asked the host to refund the money for only the days I didn't stay. But, despite many issues, the host wanted to stick to the Airbnb's policy and wanted to charge me 1 day's payment as an early termination fee! After going back and fourth multiple times, they finally gave me the money back for 2 days that I didn't stay there for!”airbnb
