“Overall the stay was nice. There was bugs on the floor upon entry and also dead bugs on the window seal. There is a dip in the floor that may be potentially harmful, it seems like the floor is caving in. Besides that everything was good.”

“It wasn’t the cleanest place to stay, but I would stay again.”

“Check in was very easy. The place matched the pictures. It is a little old but they have done a great job of updating it.”

“I would have liked to have had the grass mowed so it would have been more walkable. The trash picked up in the burn pit outside was a bit unsightly. There was a bottle of what looked to be urine beside one of the beds and found a few dead roaches around the house. It suited for what we were there for and I would definitely stay again. Just would have like a little better maintenance before the stay.”

“The stay was alright! There is a lot of bugs in the home due to the pond right behind the house. There is a detailing shop on the property that was not listed when I originally booked the stay. It was a bit uncomfortable because there were always random people on the property, so I did not let my kids play outside. The people from the shop kept coming right up to the side of the house to use the dumpster. So we basically didn’t go outside until they left which was in the evening. I did inform the owner and they did say a fence was being placed so this should help out future guests! The home was a great place to stay but I did not enjoy having the detailing shop that close. There is a bunch to do within driving distance from the house!”

“What you see is not always what you get. While the home is well furnished and the published photos accurately reflect the property, the cleanliness was disappointing. Upon arrival, we found dead insects on the windowsills, a cockroach inside the refrigerator, stains on the toilet seat, and what appeared to be urine stains on the wall. More concerning, my son cut his foot on a piece of glass hidden in the carpet. When I checked the area around the couch for additional glass, I found more debris and trash that had not been cleaned up. The other big issue was the towels, even after we washed them the smell was still there. If this place was clean like it should have been , then place would have been amazing.”

“There is a building on the property that is being used as a car wash/detail business. This was not stated in the listing and I was not informed before our arrival. We felt unsafe with the additional people coming and going.”

“It was a good place to stay nice house felt like it was our place that’s how comfortable and nice everything was only thing was the gnats and ants then the neighbors complained about small things instead of talking to us but besides that everything was great”

“While the unit is nice the host doesn’t actually clean it the way it should be. From the fake plants being dust collectors, dust caked candles, dusty wall art, or the concerning wooden pallet board under the plastic tub. Someone with allergies shouldn’t book this place. Since my stay, I had a severe reaction to the cake up dust and ended up leaving early with little support from the host. Maybe they will work with professional cleaners for future guests to accommodate people with allergies. I really wanted this unit to be a nice and relaxing experience but instead it’s been a nightmare.”
