“Wonderful little rental for a weekend visiting! It rained hard while we visited and the space was a perfect cozy area for a cold stay. Once we retired for the day the fireplace was the first place we'd all congregate. The garage, washer/dryer, kitchen, and every bedroom was used. The house and amenities were in good condition and a beautiful place to spend a weekend. Well-worth the money spent.”

“I traveled with my family (including a newborn) for a long weekend. This was a wonderful townhome with all the amenities we needed. It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. I will say there are 2 flights of stairs so it may not be for everyone but it was perfect for us. 10/10 recommend and we would stay here again!”

“The home has a lot of nice features, like the garage, comfortable bed in the upstairs master, a nice TV, well-stocked kitchen, and a convenient location. Unfortunately, we had a couple issues on arrival but Tim was very responsive and promptly arranged for a locksmith and plumber. The home was generally clean, but the bedroom carpets and living room area rug are dirty and stained and the living room furniture is uncomfortable and beyond its useful life. The window blinds are old and barely raise and lower. I didn't see any other reviewers mention the traffic noise, but if you are sensitive to that, the two bedrooms on the highway side are close to the road so it is quite loud. We enjoyed our stay despite the negatives, but with a few updates, this could be a very nice Airbnb.”

“Nice and quiet residential neighborhood. The apartment and driveway both look bigger in the photos than the actuals. The windows high above near the ceiling let in more light, but can raise privacy concern for some.”

“Utilitarian desk in every BD indicates this has/was a college rental, reflective of its condition. Carpeting needs deep clean. MB carpet heavily stained. MB and first floor bath ceiling paint bubbling indicating water issues..needs repair if resolved. Kitchen needs deep clean, some pots pans beyond uselful live, cabinets need to be emptied and cleaned. Ice machine makes ice but will not dispense. Window blinds old difficult to raise, Windows need cleaning and sills coated in dirt, 2nd BD fan chain doesn't work. Numerous lite bulbs need replacement. Garage clutter not a good first impression. Owner should live in his rental for a week to observe”
