“Place feel ghosted”

“This is our second stay here. It is a perfect location when we come to Chicago. We had a slight snafu with the AC this time, but I would recommend this place for sure!”

“Amazing stay really next to everything! Kitchen is perfect, very well equipped. Bathroom is comfortable and big. Bed is nice also! Very good WiFi, The region isn’t the top tier, as there is a train nearby and because it is in what I assume is the city center, there is a funny smell in the street and some beggars. Nothing dangerous though. But super close to the bean and there is an amazing bakery in the same block! I was there for the marathon and it is really close to the start line, so it was absolutely perfect and would recommend it 100%! Overall 10/10.”

“I arrived at Chicago LIVN on Thursday and I ended my stay on Tuesday Oct 5 2026. upon check out, after extending my room and being charged $30.00 I went to the lobby to have my bags stored so I could possibly take a walk and grab food before my train leaves. Long story short, I see housekeepers leaving so I approach a worker and ask him was anybody still around so I could retrieve my things. He goes to get the worker on duty she comes out with an attitude cusses at me out throws my belongings to me in the hallway my bag was open and looked like it had been rummaged through . I was also physically assaulted by the same woman on staff because I was recording for my safety. called the main office and the police to leave a report, of course fled the scene. The operations manager says she left because she was scared but it because I called 911 after being assaulted for recording. If it were me and I did that to her I’d be in jail This city is a joke and so is LiVN. I will not be returning”
