“This cabin was exceptional for our family’s stay. From the moment you walk in, the space is welcoming and beautifully decorated. Everything was clean and fully stocked. My family travels a lot, and I can say I’ve never been to an Airbnb with the kitchen as fully stocked as this home. My son is a chef and we were celebrating his birthday and he cooked for our large family of 13. This place had everything he needed and more! And it wasn’t just limited to the kitchen. The Mountain Escape had a variety of games, nooks to sit and connect with family of all ages, as well as an opportunity to exercise and rejuvenate. Everything was thoughtfully curated. The owners really did a great job of making the space feel good as well as look good! Would definitely visit again and recommend for group vacations! This home truly made our family gathering memorable🙂”

“We enjoyed our stay. My grandson and I used the basketball court daily. Also enjoyed being able to play pickle ball. Relaxed in the hot tub. The owner was very responsive to any small problems that occurred.”

“Host was very responsive and helpful. House was as described and bigger than pictures made it look. For the parents, two of the rooms were able to accommodate pack n plays. The other two rooms could accommodate one with it being partially in the closet. The game room, main area and backyard were great for the kids to play in.”

“This place was so serene! We felt like we had the mountain all to ourselves even though there are other cabins around and it appears to be a new development. Road up is steep but I have an AWD vehicle and did fine . The view is to die for . The pictures on the listing don’t do it justice. Watching the mist on the mountains in the morning and watching the sunset every night was phenomenal! Tons of amenities to keep the whole family occupied if you don’t want to leave the cabin, but still close enough to Blue Ridge to be convenient. Lastly the communication with the owners and company were top notch. They always got back to us right away and were very helpful , which we greatly appreciated. We’d love to return again. We fell in love with the area!”

The location was great just close enough to San Francisco where we got all the perks of the city by driving in because it was so close the the golden gate bridge and all the perks of no traffic by being away from the city!
