Was a tad dirty, tons and tons of flys around the home and left over garbage and dirt had us cleaning for an hour or two upon arrival. Still enjoyed our stay!”

“We had a mixed experience at this property. On the plus side, each bedroom had its own private bathroom & management was quick to respond to reported issues. However, there were a lot of maintenance problems during our stay. One bedroom had a strong odor like someone had thrown up & the carpets in each bedroom were noticeably stained. In another bedroom, the fireplace turned on by itself in the middle of the night, & mold was on the bathroom ceiling. In another bedroom, there was a persistent smell of dog urine, & the bathroom had a broken exhaust fan. Some of the outlets in several bedrooms didn't work. In the kitchen, the fridge's water filter was overdue for replacement. We reported all of this to management, & they ordered a replacement water filter & scheduled maintenance to come Monday to address the filter, fireplace, bathroom fan, and outlets. However, despite follow-up reminders, maintenance never came. So while communication was responsive, the actual follow-through was not.”

“Restroom was clogged and request but we didn’t got proper response and tv remote was missing and snow was not clean due to one of my family members fell down jacuzzi not working in room no 5 I complained no response . There were no proper cleaning restroom was not clear and washbasin was leaking just we used inside the property and totally bad experience I have video of this issue and we text not proper response , smells bad like motel Don’t give deposit they won’t respond after you leave from property 6 days after they are not responding for deposit”
