“The house is an old beach house that’s very comfortable. The beds are comfortable. Nothing fancy here. Location cannot be beat. The house is across from the beach, and one house over. Plenty of space outside for all your gear. Front porch is great with slight views of the ocean from the rocking chairs. You can actually hear the ocean really well from the front porch. Our family was very comfortable here. We loved the house. We will be back!”

Puzzles and books were available in the unit, utensils and dinnerware, an ice maker (separate from the freezer), super comfy deck furniture to watch the sunrise each morning. So relaxing - it was a wonderful get away!”

“This rental was in excellent condition and was more spacious than expected! The outside seating areas were so cozy, we could even hear the waves at night. It was very easy to access the beach. We loved riding bikes around Beach Retreat Circle, visiting the marsh, playing pickleball, and relaxing on the beach. There were plenty of nature-watching opportunities: gators, birds, turtles, crabs. We love Litchfield and loved spending time together at 94 Compass!”

“We had a great stay! Less than a 3 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking if needed. The house was a little worn but very clean. We had plenty of room and loved sitting on the front porch in the morning and evening. The plastic mattress cover wasn't great but we added more cushion over the fitted sheet which helped. Overall a great place!”

“I stayed here for a week with my family over spring break and it was perfect. The carpet throughout the place has some miles on it - some stains on the carpet and dings on the place throughout. But overall, with the location, the views, layout, comfortable clean furniture, and the space itself, it was an absolute five star stay. We loved it!!! it’s a pleasant five minute walk to the beach and the back patio has a lovely view of the marsh at sunset.”

“We loved the place - very spacious and clean with plenty of room to relax. The area is great - walkable to the beach and pickleball which we love! The deck is great and has beautiful views overlooking the marsh. One note - we were there early March and the pool was not open. But we had beautiful weather for the beach. Great place!”
