“The house and neighborhood are very nice! Great views and space within the property. The main drawback of this rental property is the excessive communication outside of the AirBnB platform. It definitely was not a turnkey experience. The property greeter was great but the whole thing was a little odd getting texts from unknown numbers and paying a security deposit outside of AirBnB, which the owner's were not 100% in the loop on and relied on the property management company to relay (again not through AirBnB). Two other things that aren't very upfront is the pool has a $250/day heating fee & whenever you open a door an alarm goes off in the house (this cannot be shut off). I wouldn't say don't book this property, I just think there you'd have a smoother experience elsewhere.”

“Stunning views and truly breathtaking sunsets made this a memorable stay. However, several issues impacted the overall experience. The kitchen was very understocked (limited dishes, no ice maker or ice), making it difficult to prepare meals—this is a property better suited for enjoying the views than hosting larger family-style cooking without catering. We even purchased throw blankets and candles to make the space feel more comfortable and cozy. Some lighting was inconsistent, and there were no pool lights for evening swimming, which raised safety concerns. The balcony furniture was in poor condition, and the WiFi was unreliable during the last two days. With better stocking and maintenance, this property could be exceptional.”

“Home and location: 5 stars Property Management: 2 stars The management company compares its level of service and amenities to “The Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons” - it is neither. Upon arrival, about 40 minutes after 4pm check-in time the cleaning crew was still wrapping things up. They forgot to leave k-cups for the coffee maker. The hot tub was green and unusable. About an hour into our stay the pool tech arrived (unannounced - not at the door, just entering the property through the closed gates) tried cleaning the hot tub - said it would be ready the next day. Next day the pool tech arrived (unannounced) to service the pool and hot tub while my daughter was there alone sunbathing. I asked that moving forward, we should be notified if people were going to be coming into the yard through the gates unannounced. The fourth day while the family was enjoying the backyard, the pool tech arrived (unannounced) and spent 2 hours working on the pool simultaneously the yard people arrived.”
