“Joleen’s place on Seneca Lake was absolutely breathtaking! From the location within a stones throw to multiple wineries and breweries to the relaxing atmosphere and amenities, my dad and husband had an incredible weekend at the Finger Lakes. We loved taking advantage of the covered porch and cozy Adirondack chairs outside for a drink to wind down the evening, or a cup of coffee to start the day. There’s something to do within a short drive in any direction. I am so grateful we were able to stay at Joleen’s, and hope to stay again in the future!”

“We’ve stayed on Seneca Lake before, but this is the nicest, cleanest and most attractive property that we have visited on the lake. Beautiful views from the home and dock. Well landscaped for privacy from the adjacent properties. Comfortable seating on all levels - inside and out from which to enjoy the views of the lake. Great dock for chilling out and a convenient boat lift which we used to pull our fishing boat out on the few windy days that we encountered during the week. Hosts were great as well. We will stay here again in the future.”

“Joleen’s place is my new favorite in the FLX ♥️ Great house, beautiful surroundings, peaceful, and private. Breathtaking views of the lake and lots of wildlife. The welcome wine was an added bonus and great touch. The house was super clean, supplies plenty of towels, and comfortable beds. Overall 5 stars. Will definitely be back Oh and we agree Keuka Springs winery & Weiss were 2 of our favorites.”

“Joleen was great to communicate with - very responsive and informative. The home was exactly as the pictures showed aside from the dock not having been installed at the time of the stay. The home was in excellent condition and was spacious enough to accommodate 9 people. The home is on a quiet street and has a large lot for outdoor activities. Overall, we were very satisfied with the stay. I would highly recommend.”
