“Abby’s place was just what we hoped for. It was literally right on the sand, overlooking the beach. It was clean, with a well stocked kitchen for times we wanted to stay in. The condo is very roomy and comfortable. The porch was our favorite place to relax in the late afternoon/evenings, with the cool breezes as we watched and listened to the waves. Although there were several vacation rentals surrounding the area, it was so quiet and peaceful during our visit. Since this was our first time visiting the OBX, Abby gave many great suggestions for things to do in the area. We really enjoyed our vacation here.”

“Place matched the pictures perfectly! Very clean upon arrival and instructions were clear and to the point. We were given a heads up about possible sandbags obstructing the view as well due to erosion, but luckily we managed to avoid it! Communication was quick, and check in and out was simple and easy. Would highly recommend this place for the view, and easy walk to the beach!”
