“The main house was open with plenty of room for adults and kids. The kitchen had counter space and everything we needed for making all of our meals at home. The dining table was large with plenty of seating for everyone. The beach theme decor throughout the home was very cute and inspiring for our beach weekend.”

“This Airbnb may be my favorite one I’ve ever stayed at. Debi and Tony thought of absolutely everything. If it’s possible the pictures don’t do it justice. The location is off the beaten path and so quiet and peaceful but still so well positioned for all of Russian river valley. The bed was so comfortable also which I don’t think I’ve ever said. I am so glad I chose to rent this place and I will happily come back again. Thank you Debi and Tony for an amazing experience…”

“The home is in a beautiful setting on the Russian River. It was so peaceful. The home is just as described. The Complimentary wine tastings were a great bonus. Debi was very informative and responded quickly to all communication. I would stay here again anytime!”

“We stayed here for my wife’s 40th birthday weekend…a great place for a group, family or friends, to gather and have their own space at the same time. The property is very peaceful and allows you to really unplug once you are there. Would highly recommend this location to Anyone traveling to Healdsburg…great job Debi…we hope to return!”

“The home is absolutely gorgeous and my girlfriend's and I enjoyed cooking in the spacious kitchen and lounging by the pool. Overall this was a wonderful place to stay. My only issue is with the check in and check out process. One person in our group had a medical emergency the day before our trip and was suddenly unable to come. I message'd Debi asking about rescheduling and explained our situation, offering to show proof from the hospital. She did not respond. Since we didn't hear back and didn't know if we could reschedule we decided we had to go without our friend. I messaged Debi the next day letting her know and then she responded. I also asked for an early check in and she only offered to let us check in one hour early (2pm). I've been to many airbnbs and usually hosts have accommodated earlier check ins, so we were disappointed. We were also denied a late checkout. Other than that, the space definitely does not disappoint and we would consider staying here again.”

“We had a wonderful stay over Mother’s Day weekend. The place is remarkable — spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The view from the swimming pool and hot tub is absolutely stunning. What made this stay especially meaningful was the time it gave our family to reconnect now that the kids are adults. It truly brought us all together, and that made this Mother’s Day extra special. We would definitely stay here again for another family or friends gathering. “Elk’s Landing is a beautiful property with ample space, and the setting itself is really lovely. Overall, our stay was good, but a few aspects could be improved. Communication with the host felt somewhat corporate and not especially flexible, and at times responses felt a bit templated or transactional, which made the experience feel less personal than expected. A few comfort details could be improved - the pillows and shower head in the second bathroom upstairs could use an upgrade, and the indoor fireplace made occasional loud noises that were a bit startling. There is also a Ring camera positioned above the jacuzzi area, which made us hesitant to use it.”

“Debi’s place was amazing. The view and the pool was the highlight for our family but the beds were so comfy and the house was very clean and stocked with anything you might need. Including an entire roll of garbage bags, extra toilet paper and paper towel. We had a short visit so we didn’t need those items but it’s just so thoughtful they had them if we needed. The TVs and internet worked well and the gas stove, smoker and grille were an added bonus. We LOVE this place.”
