“Beautiful place, responsive host-would stay again!”

“The perfect river vacation!!! The house was perfectly situated to float down the river to Del Rio beach and walk back. You could spend the entire day on the river, and when not in the river, you can enjoy it from the deck! The guest book had great dining recommendations, we loved Barndiva in town. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you Debbie for making everything so easy and being a great communicator.”

“This is a wonderfully peaceful and private retreat with comfy beds, an ample (and comfy) sitting area, a well-stocked kitchen, and washer/dryer. It's conveniently located within a few minutes' drive of the super charming downtown district of Healdsburg. A surprise bonus was having a shaded hiking trail a 2-minute drive away at Fitch Mountain Park and Open Space Preserve (which also has a children's playground and a dog park). We enjoyed the large, shady deck with view, hot tub, and private access to the river, plus the kayaks and tubes. The property is best suited for adults or families with older children/teens. The stone steps down to the river are steep and rustic, and access to get in the river is a bit precarious. It was perfect for me, my hubby, and my two adult sons, though. 10/10 we'll be back! And the restaurant recs were spot on! (Side note: the hot tub is cleaned every Friday morning, so expect a very polite gentleman to pop in unannounced, but it was not an inconvenience.)”

“We just wrapped up an incredible stay at Debi's beautiful Sebastopol home, and we're already missing it! The highlight was undoubtedly stepping onto the back porch each morning to take in the breathtaking views-waking up to the towering redwoods with the morning fog drifting through the branches was absolutely magical. Debi set the gold standard for hosting; her proactive and detailed instructions made the check-in and checkout process incredibly smooth and stress-free. The home itself is stunning and comes packed with tons of amenities that kept us thoroughly entertained. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway. 5/5 stars-highly recommend!”

“Great stay! We were four adults and four kids and the house handled that easily, plenty of room to spread out and a kitchen that made group meals a treat. Good base for Sebastopol, we were fifteen minutes from the Barlow and an easy drive out to Bodega Bay and the coast. Debi was quick to respond and clear about everything. One note for future guests: the listing mentions a tub being out of commission, which refers to a decorative tub. All the actual bathrooms worked beautifully . Would stay with them again!”

“My family (3 generations) had a great time staying here. Instructions were clear, everything was working, house is fully stocked of anything you might need, house is clean, pool was already warm this time of year without pool heating. The 2 cottages away from the main house were also clean and fully stocked, each with A/C. Location is convenient to downtown Healdsburg, around 5 min drive, if you are looking for nice restaurants, boutiques, ice cream, cafes, etc.. it's a cute place to walk around with family. Host is also very communicative. Thank you!”

“Incredibly gorgeous setting, and super nice house! Stayed here with a group of girlfriends for a bday weekend. Host was very responsive and helpful. It was immaculate and organized. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for (very spacious, and the amenities were super nice - particularly for a group). Would be a very fun place to take kids too”
