“Great stay and great place. 😊Recommend it 💯. It’s the 2nd time we stay here and it’s great. The only issue we had was that there was no cooking oil, salt and pepper as described, and that the bathroom exhaust system makes a lot of noise while you there. But I trust they will resolve this.”airbnb

“I wish this was better. When we arrived upstairs to the apartment the view was amazing looking out towards port of Miami and Miami city. Unfortunately we found the room dirty with cotton buds in the sink, dirty mirror, dirty surfaces & utensils and sticky floors. We were under the impression with the listing stating cooker that there was an oven or even a microwave oven but this was not the case just a hob and standard microwave. There was no cooking basics as listed such as salt, pepper and oil. Things like this would have benefitted us. For how much we had paid we would have expected some basics to be included and for the room to have been in a better condition, It lacked storage with only 2 empty cupboards with a few hangers for clothes. The artwork on the wall did catch us off guard as it literally stares at the bed. It did the job and we made it do but for how much we paid we found it underwhelming and as for the hotel staff… I wont even go there.”airbnb

“Do Not Stay Here I cannot recommend this listing. My stay was plagued by serious health, safety, and service issues that the host refused to address: • Hygiene & Maintenance: There was visible mold on the bathroom ceiling and shower floor. • Major Privacy/Security Breach: A cleaning person entered the room without knocking neither permission while I was undressed. The host refused to offer compensation for the intrusion. Total lack of privacy. No safe in unit, and knowing staff can enter at any time is a huge security concern. • Mandatory $51/day amenity fee. Pooldeck was under construction ,jackhammering starting at 8:00 AM daily, pool was unusable. Impossible to sleep. Most sun chairs were removed, leaving only $500/day rentals. •Host was uncooperative, ignored safety concerns, and directed all complaints to the hotel rather than taking responsibility for his own property. Very disappointed & unsafe. It was a nightmare. Save your money and stay elsewhere.”airbnb

“Pretty good place overall. Clean and comfortable! Weird painting of girl on the wall tho, not too much of a big deal. Absolutely wonderful view and pools. Nice restaurant in hotel. Amazing location walkable to food and beach and activities. Being extra towels, fee charged for more towels. Would recommend! 4.5 out of 5”airbnb

“I had a very disappointing experience staying at this unit. Unfortunately, several issues made the stay uncomfortable and poorly managed. First, the AC unit was not working when I arrived. After some investigation, I discovered that the breakers were turned off. Despite notifying the host, no one was sent to check the AC unit or ensure it was functioning properly. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned and did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. Communication with the host was slow, and responses were delayed when assistance was needed. Additionally, the check-in instructions provided the wrong code for the unit, which created unnecessary confusion upon arrival. To make matters worse, the closet door where the AC unit is located is broken. When I finally entered the unit, the door actually fell down, which felt unsafe and poorly maintained. Overall, the property appears to need better maintenance, clearer communication, and more responsive host support.”airbnb
