“Good location Great Ocean view and overall a decent stay. The place had what we needed and check-in was smooth. A few small things could be improved, but nothing major. Not perfect, but comfortable enough and convenient.”

“This was the worst Airbnb experience I've ever had. Room was missing basic necessities like hand soap in the bathroom and soap for the shower. The bed was exceedingly uncomfortable, so be prepared to sleep on the mattress equivalent of a concrete slab, the pillows were only about an inch think and provided absolutely no support. But the worst part was when we had to leave to go purchase basic essentials for their room, when we returned the AC had leaked out of the vents, saturated the couch, and formed a puddle of standing water on the floor. We contacted the owner immediately and received no response until the next day, then was told someone would come look at the unit the following day; it should not take 3 days of a 5 night stay to fix the AC! The owner also insists on the guests to perform maintenance tasks on their property, like empty the AC drain bucket located on the balcony, rather that actually repairing the unit itself. Extremely dissatisfied and would not stay again.”

“This spot was enough for me and husband. It’s in the center for the busy touristy area. It was clean and the view from the room was amazing. We had a minor inconvenience upon check-in. The code that was given to us was not working. However, I reached out to management and they responded promptly and we were able to get into our room. One note, it seems like the plumbing is old in this building. Both sinks in the room we’re getting backed up pretty quickly as the water was flowing other than that everything was great!”

“My parents and I had a wonderful stay at Lei’s apartment. Check-in was seamless, and the location was perfect - walkable to everything in Waikiki. The free parking was a huge plus since we had a rental car to explore the island. The views from both the living room and bedroom were absolutely stunning and matched the photos exactly. We would happily stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.”
