“We booked for our 1 year wedding anniversary and had the most wonderful time, unit was sparking clean, cozy! Loved the screened in huge deck and the views felt so private due to facing state park, even though close to everything we felt secluded, love this area and the condo amenities were excellent , the indoor tub and sauna had the best sunset views and felt amazing after a hike in Ha Ha Tonka! We are going to look at booking next year and make it a tradition!”

“This condo has a great location and has enough room for a family of 4 for a quick weekend trip but I don’t think I could stay there more than two nights. I furnishings are very nice but the condo itself needs some major maintenance. The fridge you had to push hard to close, the patio doors were almost impossible to open and the pocket door was the same way. The bathroom was dirty with hair in the shower and when we used the tub for our kids hair came out of the drain and was floating in the water. The patio was so dirty with cob webs and spiders. It just needs some TLC, also maybe full size shampoo and conditioner and also sports channels on the tvs. It’s just the little things like that to make it feel more like at home.”

“There were no instructions concerning the TV. Channel guide would have been helpful. Did not receive a text back regarding that. Very small issue with water leakage under kitchen sink. Railing on balcony is not attached to the concrete floor. Needs to be secured. We were very pleased with EVERYTHING else. Enjoyed the view greatly.”

“The place needs work we are not people that need new stuff but her photos do not match anymore. Very old with lots of stains. When you arrived you walk in and see a pretty kitchen but that’s about the only thing that is pretty the condo was very dirty for the price that you pay. We had to wear shoes around the house are they would turn black, lots of dirt around the baseboards, and so many rules upon check in. However we did enjoy the pool.”

“Beautiful place to stay, very serene and lake was easy to access - beautiful views night or day! Only unfortunate was the construction occurring next door, which we were not made aware of - at times getting in and out was a bit congested. Overall, we loved our stay and the lake was beautiful.”

“Check-in Instructions about using the lock keypad were not clear. No mention about turning the “deadbolt” in our check-in text. My 3rd call got us help quickly. Though we understood how it works, it gave us trouble throughout our stay. I’m not sure why we were given a clubhouse code as this listing doesn’t have one. The master bath had debris in the corners. The shower bathmat was wet (from the people that checked out earlier?) I lifted it up and underneath it was very wet. ***When I went to get my “clean” bath towel under the bathroom vanity, it was up against the toilet plunger and the toilet brush!! Yuck! One pillow cover had blood (?) stain on it. We saw the person who came to “clean” roll up shortly before our check in. This may explain some things. However some systems like texts to guests and “clean” towels against toilet brushes and plungers, need to be reevaluated. It has a beautiful view and is a nicely remodeled place, and with better cleaning/systems would be worth it.”

“I wouldn't recommend. Trash left behind upon check in. Housekeeping came without my knowledge or permission when I wasn't there. No hot water in the morning.”
