“This property has a very sensitive neighbor who has made several complaints. We have a group of 16 people. Most of us are single, have different jobs, and came from different cities and states, so we all drove separately. That’s why there were about 12 cars at the house. We also had a few friends from a nearby town stop by to hang out with us and watch the World Cup they leave after. At our busiest, we had around 22 people and 16 cars. I even went outside and counted all the cars to make sure no one was blocking the driveway or causing any issues. Everything was parked properly. We never played loud music or made excessive noise outside. Most of the time we stayed indoors, relaxing, watching the World Cup, having a few drinks, and playing card games. We were mindful of the neighbors and did our best to keep the noise down. The host was very responsive and being super nice throughout the whole incident.”

“We just returned from our stay on Lake Martin. Heather was a great host and even helped get me out of a precarious situation while loading my boat into the water. We had a few friends come up and spend the day on Saturday and then some family on Sunday and everyone had a great time. Some of our family was from Birmingham and we’re from Georgia so this is a great central location that reduced drive time for both parties, which is typically the reason we don’t get together more often. We did run into a little bit of rain which slowed down some lake activities, but there were plenty of things we could do to occupy our time until it passed. The location was great for tubing because there was not a lot of traffic at this part of the lake. While this house in particular I believe has sold, we will continue to use Heather and her group for future rentals on the lake.”
