“It was great to checkin with the outside light on for me as well as the air conditioning was running. Cabin was very clean, despite not having a full kitchen, it was still very stocked with all you might need. I only stayed for one evening so I want able to take advantage of the outside areas. 10 am checkout time seems a bit early for me personally.”

“We stayed one night. Our cabin was clean and perfect for what needed. The area was quiet and we loved the beautiful beach area. We wouldn’t have minded staying longer but we were just on a quick trip.”

“We were just there for a quick stop over. We didn't get to use a lot of things that are offered. The fire pits, swing, dock views, picnic seating, and landscaping were nice. There was an umbrella table and chairs right outside the door, along with folding chairs available if you wanted to sit by the river. Loved the covered carport! The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had all the amenities we needed.”

“The host/manager met us, walked us through what we needed to do for the self check-in. The rooms were a throwback to the 1950s. It felt a lot like we were at a Riverside resort in 1950. The rooms are very, very clean. Certainly not Hilton five star but nestled on the river that runs to Park Rapids. I don’t think a person would want that. It was quiet. Easy walking a few blocks into town with some local mom and Pop restaurants. Try the great northern for breakfast. The manager was very, very friendly.”

“Very comfortable and quiet. River access was nice…I did not use the boats. I basically just needed a place to stay for a night on a cross country move, and rest. Staff were very friendly and responsive.”

“We were very pleased with the space. We had a minor issue with the furnace not kicking on, but the host was extremely responsive in fixing the issue. Very nice little cabins sitting on a local lake in Park Rapids, and it was a very welcoming outdoor space that we could enjoy.”

“This peaceful little grouping of cabins was such a perfect little getaway. Comfortable beds, nice bathroom, cute kitchen, comfortable everything! The water access is something I look forward to another time, as it was a bit chilly when I stayed. But I LOVE the waterfront area. It was peaceful sitting by the water in the early morning and watching the birds. Checkin and checkout were smooth as could be, everything was clearly explained, which is always helpful. I would definitely stay here again, probably bring a boat and spend time fishing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”
