La Siesta Condominiums

“Great location, if you love the beach. Close to all other amenities. Very clean and comfortable condo. Would recommend it to anyone.”

“This is a beautiful and clean condo. We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of beach gear there was for us to use! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals and more. We loved the beachy decor! We spent a lot of time on the screened in lanai with the cute string lights on :) We would definitely stay here again.”

“The location was amazing the beach toys/gear made it nice but we did buy some sand toys (for our kids) and leave them for the next guest. Directly across the street from Siesta Beach and direct trolley access. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Late July/early August be ready for rain.”

“Great location. Free transportation readily available close by. Close beach access. A couple easy fixes and it would be a great condo to rent.”

“The condo was just a short walk to the beach & trolly stop right outside. But at lest 30 minutes from any grocery store (unless you used the island store) and any decent restaurants. The bed wasn’t comfortable the slightest, but it did have siesta beach right across the street!”

“View from the balcony is nice and check in was smooth. mattress are good. bedding is fine plenty of towels. Cleaning was done but very lousy way. There's debris all over. Cookware and dishes from the last century. Apartment requires maintenance. Painting touch up and repairs on blinds and fridge filter. Problem is that La Siesta do only small part of owners responsibility. from our point of view renting company not interested in final results. we are not recommend that place and dealing with La Siesta all together. Especially if you don't have a car and have to order or bring with you all amenities ( coffee, sugar, toilet paper etc.)”

“Our stay at La Siesta was nice. This unit (101) was directly across from the beach parking & access, along with a Breeze stop right out front. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Kitchen is well stocked with most everything you may need. Overall, the unit is comfortable and we felt safe in the space. However, it was difficult to enjoy the pool due to the pool temp (hot).”

“We felt comfortable, for the most part. We were told to leave the a/c at 78 degrees so it wouldn’t freeze up. Temps were close to 90 with 95% humidity. We did turn to 75, however, the ceiling fan in the master didn’t work. I did report , but nothing was done. It would have been much more comfortable if we had an overhead fan. Other than that, the condo was comfortable and we and grandkids had a great time. Would recommend.”

“Our rating is more like 4 1/2 stars - our condo was great - clean and very nice all around, plenty of linens, very nice king bed, two TVs, overhead fans and AC, WiFi specific to the room, great view of Siesta Beach, Breeze stop right out front, nice pool, assigned parking if you have a car - a few things about the condo though (they DO tell you this upfront but still kinda annoying): no soap, no toilet paper, no trash bags, no bottled water - still, very much enjoyed our stay and look froward to going back. The main issue we had was not about the condo - the elevator was out for FOUR days and we were up on the fourth floor so that was really unacceptable (not to mention their certificate was expired) - lugging chairs, umbrella, and other beach things, and groceries, up four flights when one of us is partially disabled was a major problem - hopefully the building folks will have that fixed - again, no knock on the actual condo - the pictures in the ad do it complete justice”
