“We had a great week! The space was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We made good use of the balcony to watch sunsets and thunderstorms over the ocean as well as many birds. The beach is a bit of a haul but well worth the trek. We found beautiful shells and watched baby turtles make their way into the ocean. Highly recommended! “Tricia is the absolute definition of a Superhost! The day before our arrival, the unit we originally booked suffered a water leak and became unavailable. Instead of leaving us stressed, Tricia proactively reached out immediately, explained the situation, and presented us with multiple options. She went above and beyond by securing a comparable corner unit on the exact same floor—and even though it wasn't her own property, she seamlessly handled every single detail behind the scenes so the transition was completely transparent and hassle-free for us. Once we arrived, she checked in multiple times throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. We highly recommend staying at South Seas Tower 3! The location is beautiful, the grounds are extremely well-maintained, and we really appreciated the added peace of mind that comes with the gated entrance. We couldn't have asked for a better host or experience!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the condo in South seas club. The location was ideal and close to stores, restaurants and everything we needed. The condo itself is beautiful and fully equipped with kitchen supplies, beach supplies, games etc. The views from the balcony are unmatched. The walk to the beach was easy for us because it was on flat sand and we found it quite enjoyable. Tricia is a wonderful host and is extremely responsive and attentive and checks in to make sure we are doing well. We can’t wait to come back!”

“Trisha’s place was an absolute treat! The oceanfront view was truly spectacular—one of those views you never get tired of, whether you were enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset. The home was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. Trisha was an exceptional host, responding to every question within minutes and making the entire stay effortless. One of the nicest touches was that she provided all the beach supplies we could possibly need, so we didn’t have to worry about bringing or buying a thing. We wanted for nothing during our stay. “We had an amazing stay at Tricia’s condo! Everything was exactly as pictured, and the view was absolutely beautiful. The condo was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. One of our favorite things was that she provided a beach cart, beach chairs, and plenty of toys for the kids. Having all of those available made our trips to the beach so much easier and more enjoyable. Tricia was an incredible host, she was very responsive and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. You can truly tell she cares about her guests’ experience. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back. We absolutely loved this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful, and comfortable place to stay!”

“Walking in, we were struck by the views and the light. The panoramic view of Tigertail beach in Lagoon is breathtaking. The CONDO was tastefully appointed with simple but thoughtful decor. Beds were super comfortable as was the wraparound couch. The kitchen was stocked with all necessities. The dining room table sat surrounded by the windows and view and was large enough to fit 8. The hall closet contained all the beach needs for a day. The layout fit three of us easily. The main attraction, though, was definitely the wrap-around balcony. Amazing sunsets. The area is private and quiet. Although the tower sits directly on the white sand of Tigertail beach, it’s about a 10 min walk to the water. Water was very warm and calm, great for families with tots. Tricia was super friendly and helpful. You can tell she prides herself in being a gracious host. Five stars all around! We’ll be renting from her again until we buy our own! Marco is Paradise!”

“Everything as described, the views, beach, comfort, community. Beach chairs and towels supplied. Kitchen and bathrooms well supplied. Every night a beautiful sunset. It is quite a walk to the beach but well worth it, it is clean and calm. The pool, buildings and grounds are very clean and well maintained and quite. We stayed late May so it was not high season and there were no crowds anywhere I'm sure high season is quite different. Very relaxing vacation. We will return to Marco Island.”
