“The condo was very nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful! The ocean was right there. The pool and hot tub were cleaned daily! We would totally recommend!”

“Lots of great things about this place: right on the ocean, great views of sunset, we love how close it is to pickleball, convenient to snorkeling and great beaches. The beds are comfortable. Extremely responsive communication: when we complained about the towels and linens being worn, she quickly brought new ones. A few things to know before you book: the towels, linens, coaches, deck furniture, beach items, etc are worn out. (She did bring new towels, but they were small and thin--I didn't realize towels could be so cheap.) The fan in the second bathroom is broken--though she did say she ordered the part and would fix it. The kitchen lacks a few niceties, like a tea kettle. No coffee or coffee filters--come prepared if you want a cup of coffee on day one. There was a film on dust on the floor, kitchen table, etc.--nothing gross, just not ideal. None of this was terrible, but definitely not the most comfortable.”

“In a perfect world, this would be a great stay. One can hear the waves breaking at the beach, wonderful sunset location. Met the building owner twice, he was not friendly, but accommodating with the storage of disability equipment that I had delivered/stored in the bike storage area. The elevator is small, fits 4 -6 people with no luggage. The pool is heated/pleasant. There is one AC unit, and the cold air really doesn't reach the front bedrooms well, but with the ceiling fans running at night and the bedroom door open, sleep can be found. The king bed needs to be replaced, a bit lumpy. Bed linens need updating. We arrived in between the 2 Kona Storms in the area, (March2026) and most of the beaches were closed due to damage and icky water runoff. There were some cleanliness issues, the unit needs a deep,deep clean. Also a maintenance issue that is hopefully taken care of by the hosts. I wouldn't rule out this stay, but the hosts need to do better for the price.”

“I confirmed with Wendi prior to booking that a pack ‘n’ play would be in the unit. I also messaged her about it prior to arrival. She confirmed it was in the unit. We arrived in the evening with very tired kids and an overtired baby and there was no pack ‘n’ play. I called the after hours 24/7 number and there was no answer and I never received a return call. I messaged Wendi that same evening and she messaged me the next day. I also let her know there was a pile of sand on the carpet and a cracker under the bed that my child found. Wendi sent someone over the next afternoon to vacuum, which I appreciated. The unit is older, needs some more attention to cleaning, has wear and tear, but the location is convenient. The beds are comfortable, the pool/beach stuff was useful, and we were grateful for an elevator to the fourth floor. Overall it was an ok stay, but I would not have booked it if I knew a pack ‘n’ play was not going to be in the unit as that was very inconvenient.”

“I want to preface this with saying I would stay here again but want to point out some things for future guests. The grounds were beautiful and the amenities were great! It was steps to a nice beach and fairly walkable to town. The only negatives were the unit was a bit dated which made it feel dirty. I do think the cleaners do the best they can but parts just felt old and dusty. The day bed didn’t have any sheets on it when we arrived which was only a small inconvenience. Lastly, the instructions were strict and we felt nervous to do or touch anything in the wrong way. It mentioned that if the electric bill was too high we would get charged along with other things. It just felt like we were walking on egg shells and it didn’t feel as welcoming as we felt it should for the price.”
