“The house was as advertised. It is spacious and well equipped with all you need. The location is easily accessible to Kennebunkport, Kennebunk and Wells yet in a very private setting. The pool and grounds are well kept and afforded our multi-generational family hours of outside fun. If you need a large, comfortable home this is the one. The host is responsive and helpful. We hope to come back year after year.”

“Adorable cottage with beautiful beach decor, well-stocked kitchen, and convenient location. Cape Porpoise is a charming, quiet fishing community off the beaten path. Loved being close to grocery and coffee shop! Other than early morning deliveries at the grocery store, it was a peaceful spot! Enjoyed a casual take out dinner one night with friends and local Lobster rolls! A beautiful backdrop for a cozy evening! Loved Rose Cottage! Looking forward to another visit!”

“Despite a dreary few days weatherwise, the house could not have been more perfect. We were in town for a wedding across the street at the Colony hotel and so the location allowed us to walk to and from events. The views, firepit, kitchen, etc., made the stay for our group of 8 intimate and special. We will likely be back, by choice, without the need for wedding accommodations. We love Kennebunkport, the restaurants, shops, walks, beaches, drives... there is no more quaint, yet upscale, New England location. Thank you James!!!!”

The views are perfect, and the location is right within walking distance to town. There were 12 of us total and we felt like there was enough space for everyone. Jamie was also wonderful, responsive, and accommodating. Really can’t say anything but wonderful things and would definitely rent this Airbnb, or any one of Jamie’s properties, in the future.”
