“The place was right on the beach and easy to find. The pool and amenities were great. The unit is very spacious and has fantastic views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. There are 3 bedrooms and all 3 have spectacular views of the water. The living room and kitchen are in great order and decorated very well. Love this place and highly recommend”

“I was so looking forward to my scheduled month long stay. Right across from the beach and responsive host, we’re the only things true about this listing. I was met with a nasty mold musty smell right as I opened the door. This unit needs new carpets, new kitchen, an entire deep clean including windows, floors, etc.. large dead roaches were in bathroom and closet, Ceiling fan didn’t work, very dirty old porch with furnishings that need to be replaced. What a disappointment this experience was!! And the host was NOT going to refund my money paid. I was there for about an hour at the unit while scrambling to make other housing arrangements. What’s more, I had a huge hassle to go through Airbnb support and my bank while suffering needless stress in doing so. Terrible.”

“All in all a nice place . A couple of things that bothered us . Your expectation of cleaning up before leaving is made very difficult with the lack of dishwasher tablets for a week stay . We would have expected to do so much washing up when a dishwasher is provided. Optional advice to take on board is that beach towels would have been a nice addition instead of spending additional money ourselves. Also the washer dryer situation . Very disappointing and should be highlighted to guests. We spent half a day driving around gathering 20 dollars worth of quarters to do 2 lots of clothes washing and drying and 2 lots of sheets wash and drying . We suggest providing additional sheets and complimentary quarters as it was annoying. WiFi wasn’t particularly strong and we were working from home . I appreciate this is a lot of info but to end the n a positive . All in all it’s a lovely apartment and we had a nice time . Regards Maha”

“The condo was very comfortable and pleasantly decorated. The only issue we found was that most of the kitchen cabinets were full of sets of dishes leaving little room for food. This didn't affect our vacation at all. Everyone loved the balcony with the ocean view. Will definitely stay again”

“Nice location. Convenient. Plenty of pools space and amenities. Maintenance work was in progress but not disruptive or impactful Only challenge was 2 of 3 elevator outage in one of the towers but on the 4th floor - able to use connection on 3rd and other towers elevators Definitely recommend”

“Don’t stay here at the beginning of any month. On the first Tuesday of each month an EXTERMINATOR needs access to ALL units in the building, and you won’t know until you enter the elevator and see the sign. Then when you reach out to “Stacey” she will be completely unhelpful. I found out less than 24 hours prior that an exterminator would need access to our unit starting at 9am. And when you ask what pest the exterminator is for, you will just be ignored :). The couch and bed are SO uncomfortable. Yes, they are cute but nobody thinks about the fact people actually have to sit and sleep on these? There’s a large and extremely loud dehumidifier in the living room that’s on when you arrive, and impossible to sleep through. So if you have people sleeping in the living room I don’t know how that would work out. The air conditioning started giving us problems the last day of our stay, constantly turning on and off by itself.”
