“I have to say the location is one of a kind. Situated atop of volcanic sea cliff with a blow hole right out front of the condo was impressive. It’s a sight to see the complex above the bluffs and pool with waves crashing over the pool in some moments is breath taking. If the sound of waves crashing is too much you can close the doors and windows and they are very sound proof. The kitchen has all the amenities that you would need to feed a real family. The only issue we had - I would say is that we were there when Hurricane Lala hit and the power went out which I get. But I asked the team if they could help me trouble shoot the AC as the unit needs to reset after the power goes out. We had to extend our stay for an extra night and they had no trouble communicating that we would pay the standard rate to extend but we’re missing in action when needed. Just know that you need to contact them during office hours during an emergent situation. Love the place.”airbnb

“Wonderful place in a beautiful area with a peak-a-boo view of the ocean! The access to the athletic club and pool was easy & just across the road! A bit warm without air conditioning, but cooled down enough in the evening. (We could’ve left blinds open for more air flow at night, but then would lose privacy.) Beautiful decor and awesome shower! Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Mahalo!”airbnb

“Great Location and View, but Some Room for Improvement The location of this property is definitely its biggest highlight. I would give the location an “A”. The unit is directly on the oceanfront with a beautiful view, and it is conveniently located within walking distance of the beach and several places to eat. There were a few areas, however, that could use some improvement. I had requested a 3:00 p.m. early check-in about a week before our arrival. We were told to check in again the morning we arrived, which I did. I sent several messages to the front desk that morning asking if we could check in at 3:00 p.m., but we were told the unit was still being cleaned and that an early check-in was not possible. I completely understand that cleaning takes time, but it was disappointing since we had requested the early check-in in advance and followed up as instructed. The unit itself is comfortable, but it is somewhat dated and could use some updating and additional attention to detail.”airbnb

“The upstairs living area was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was disappointing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very small, the beds were uncomfortable, and there was very little storage because the closets and dressers were filled with owner items. We also found roaches in the kitchen cabinets and one inside a pot we were using. The Wi-Fi was too weak to use, the fire alarm went off at 3:00 a.m. on our first night, and the slatted bedroom and bathroom doors provided almost no privacy. We also wished there had been dish rags, a full roll of paper towels, and blackout curtains since the rooms became bright very early each morning.”airbnb

“This was a nice property with good accommodations. We were so surprised to find anniversary gift waiting for us. Short walk to turtle beach. The old bummer was the pool closed at 7 so we were unable to use it. Ps. The beds were very comfortable for us. We all slept well.”airbnb

“The space was warm and inviting, walking distance to the beach, and everything we could need, including beach gear, was at our fingertips. We had a need and within 15 minutes, staff arrived to assist. The only minor complaint was that I paid for a late checkout and yet the code was no longer accessible after regular checkout time leading to having to leave the door unlocked when we came and went despite an additional 9 hours of paid lodging. We survived and will absolutely book again in the future. Aloha!!”airbnb

“The place is exactly as advertised. Beautiful spacious balcony directly overlooking the ocean. There's a path right behind the condo for a beautiful walk to the shipwreck beach. Ten min walk to Poipu beach, quiet area, plenty of parking. The master bedroom mattress is great, but we find the mattress in the second room is a bit hard to get a restful night. Overall, it's a beautiful vacation home. My husband left a tripod behind and they sent it back to us in CA within a week. One thing to note is that this condo is managed by a management company that operates from 8-5 pm, so if you have some issues (unless emergency) you will have to wait until then next business day.”airbnb

“This was the worst Air b n b we ever stayed at. Found multiple cockroaches in our condo first day. Then we were really upset because there was a notice on the kitchen counter that there was a company coming in to spray in the condo the next day. What upset us was that Air b n b nor the condo rental company did not tell us about that. I think Air b n b should either reimburse us or give us a substantial refund. Then the day before we left we found some dead cockroaches on the condo floor. It’s gross thinking that we were walking around this condo with cockroaches and in the bug spray after the company came in to spray for bugs. This was a horrible place to stay and it should be removed from being rented to anyone.”airbnb

“We enjoyed our stay but the home needs some upgrades in my opinion for price I paid. Air conditioning did not really do much cooling especially in the evening. Dryer in the unit didn’t work to dry it would run but not dry. The shower was nice but bad design if you wasn’t careful it would flood the bathroom have to constantly push the water back to the drain. If you used to much at one time it would flip breakers and would have to turn back on. Other than that it could have been worse but felt like it was over priced to have that many things to contend to in a stay”airbnb

“Beautiful location, very walkable! Although, Listing did not accurately disclose two important details, the staircase to the upstairs bedroom and the A/C placement. The third bedroom is up a small winding staircase (staircase wasn’t shown in house photos) and was virtually impossible to get any luggage upstairs. Also, there is not A/C throughout the house, there are only units in each bedroom. Still a beautiful place, but was hot and not functional.”airbnb
