“Estuvimos una semana y el apartamento está muy bien equipado. Todo estaba impecable y la ubicación es excelente, es una zona muy estratégica. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y atento, y los anfitriones también estuvieron siempre pendientes de nosotros, respondiendo rápidamente a cualquier inquietud. “this was just the place we needed for a vacation! nothing crazy, perfect for the plans we made in miami. close to bayside area/brickell city centre. the location was great, the airbnb was clean and instructions are really easy for check in and check out. if i’m able to book again here i definitely will!”

“Staying with those type of people around you it's ridiculous, the "Karen"Karen"lady from apartment#4 lied that my dog attacked her that's so stupid, from there everything was a chaotic experience...just not worth it!!”

“Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad bij Judith en Igor! Inchecken ging heel makkelijk en duidelijk en voor overige vragen zat er altijd iemand bij de receptie. Als je niet de behoefte hebt om constant ubers te pakken kon je gemakkelijk met de bus of metro jezelf verplaatsen. En voor de mensen die graag een auto huren er zijn veel garages in de buurt waar je uit kan kiezen en op loopafstand. We hebben genoten van het zwembad en de gym en het appartement ziet er precies uit zoals op de foto’s. Er waren een paar kleine gebreken in de badkamer die gemaakt moesten worden, maar niks heel storends. We zouden er zeker nog 1x verblijven. Bedankt Judith en Igor!”

“The undersheet had stains and a noticeable odor, there were hairs in a few places, some kitchen items hadn’t been washed, and the windows were pretty dirty. In addition, there are signs of general wear and tear: a partly broken blind, a loose bathroom handrail, and marked walls. None of these issues alone would have been worth reporting, but together they created a feeling that the apartment isn’t very well maintained. The host indicated that luggage could be left at the building reception on checkout. In reality, reception does not offer this service, and redirected me to the hotel next door where storage came at an extra cost. It’s also worth noting that there is active construction right across the building, so some noise is to be expected in the coming months. Not being a light sleeper, it didn’t affect me too much, though. The stay was okay overall, but too expensive; the apartment in its current state feels more focused on maximizing turnover than providing a great experience.”

“Aside of threading me during checkout… it’s obvious that they don’t care at all about fixing repetitive problems reported by previous guest… and even when I confronted them about it , they didn’t even try to hide the fact that they don’t care. The water pressure is terrible. The smell is terrible, and both of the problems are reported by old guest, and because the host stopped to reply to my messages, when a plumbing problem appeared I’d preferred to stay with the problem for three days than trying again to reach out …. Most important, when I confronted him about that, he threatened me. I highly recommend to not even get close to this place or host.”
