“older, but nice condo complex right on the coast and close to everything in kona. loved watching the most gorgeous sunsets every day from the communal patio. spacious accommodations and a lovely little balcony with partial ocean view. minus one star because the hot water for the shower didn’t work (would only get warm) our whole three night stay. was told to run the water for 30 minutes because it was an older building, which is not convenient. even when doing so, it wouldn’t get hot. we were credited for the inconvenience, which was appreciated. i would ask if this is still an issue though. all in all a great stay at about the same cost of midrange hotel in kona.”

“Amazing place, beautiful surrounds. Very tranquil place 15 minutes south of Kona. If you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect place. The hosts are very friendly, great at communicating and set everything up really well. However, if you need to stay in a very cool room with great air-conditioning, you might need to reconsider this place. They have aircon, but the rooms remain very hot and it makes it very difficult to sleep. The Hawaiian heat is no joke!”

“Wir waren für eine kurze Zeit in der Unterkunft. Für diese Zeit war es ganz OK. Aussicht war ein Wahnsinn. Leider war im Bad einiges an Dreck am Boden. In der Wohnung war ein unangenehmer Geruch. Im Schlafzimmer war es extrem laut von der Straße und die Arbeiten am Parkplatz begannen schon um 4:00 Uhr (direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer). Standort der Unterkunft war aber super, wir hatten kurze Wege, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Top und genügend Parkplätze auch überdacht.”

“Beautiful golf course views out the front door. Close access to the best beaches of North Kona. Grocery store and great local restaurants walking distance. Pono Hawaiian Style poke is not to be missed.”

“The property was not cleaned properly before check-in. We found a cockroach and numerous small bugs across the floors, requiring us to clean and sweep the space ourselves upon arrival. We messaged the host about the infestation, but the issue remained unaddressed throughout our stay.”
