“Beautiful updated condo. Quiet location. Spotlessly clean. The hall bathroom’s cold water knob in the shower didn’t work. Knutson sent a repairman right over who did a quick temporary fix and said he’d be back the next day with parts to fix it but never did. It worked well enough so I wasn’t concerned. Kitchen had absolutely everything you’d need. Appliances are brand new. It does take about 2 hours for the cool air from the potable ac in the living room to actually cool off the main bedroom at the back of the condo. There are ceiling fans and portable fans to help. My check in was a bit unusual as I was to be met at the airport by a Knutson employee to give me the gate key card. It took about 30 minutes for us to find each other as the first person didn’t show up and another was sent to meet me. Otherwise, I had a wonderful experience with Knutson and this condo.”

“We miss the smell of all the flowers and ocean view. This property was nicely decorated and fully equipped for our family. The A/C was cold, the home clean and spacious enough for a family of 4. The kitchen fully equipped to cook meals and a good sized lanai with a partial ocean view. We enjoyed the views from the rocky shore the property is nestled on and the smell of all the flowers surrounding the property. The location is convenient and there were lots of parking at the gated property. Highly reccomend. Only suggestions would be to have coffee stocked at the property for guests, it is also ideal to leave your guests uninterrupted as during our stay someone requested to drop by to drop off a rug.”
