“To be honest for what we paid for the place was nice but having dirty dishes that we had to wash that were used by others really put a damper in our vacation plus if we didn't see that those forks were dirty and we used them, we could have gotten sick from them i don't want to go on vacation and have to wash dishes that other people have used and just put away that we're obviously not sanitized properly”

“Our stay was beautiful, fit our family perfectly!! We had multiple visits from deers and had easy access to the beach. They do need to update photos as homes have been built & the dryer did not work. Other than that, our stay was beautiful quiet and exactly what we needed for our big family!! A place that’s perfect for children & families!”

“The views are absolutely beautiful. The owner of the property lives next door and greets you with his black lab. If you brought a dog, there is really no yard to take your dog to. The home could use a regular maintenance of bug control.”

“Very walkable and cool views. We didn’t know from photos that it was attached to a wine bar (which made it difficult finding the place). Other than some issues with the cleanliness (a giant spider in the kitchen right when we walked in and some floors were cracked with lots of dirt/grim), it was a really fun place to stay and the hosts were very helpful and responsive. Overall, it’s hard to beat the price and location!!”

“The location is great but it was hard to relax in the space due to downstairs noise and roof top HVAC system running continuously. Be prepared for continuous knocking sound from downstairs. Rules upfront were very strict about where to park, etc. I arrived and found a car in space 201, then thought maybe I was mistaken and actually in 202. I used code for room and it wouldn’t work. I called Mgmt. Co, who picked up and confirmed I was in 201. Reported car situation and was told it would probably move. Well 3 days later the car never moved and found out it was owner of N.P., who parked in spot 201 and partially 202. Rules don’t apply to all. Kitchen sink very dirty, food left in sink trap. Floors were dirty and floorboards coming apart, piece of wood missing at bathroom threshold. Bed is very comfortable but for price and lack of cleanliness and how loud it is, I wouldn’t stay here again. Management company was notified early on of problems and did nothing to remedy situation.”

“We loved our stay! The only issue we had was a slight lag in communication upon arrival. We noted that the screen door had been off the rails and broken so, given that it was summer, we were bummed about not being able to open the balcony doors to have some cross-ventilation. I ended up propping the screen onto the rails and it worked ok, but I would have appreciated a response from mgmt. Keep in mind we arrived in peak summer so it was super stuffy and all windows and doors needed to be open and screened in, if possible. We ended up finding a fan in one of the rooms and I was able to prop up the screen door so it worked out well. Would have just liked some acknowledgment that there was an issue with the sliding glass door to the balcony. Other than that, the place and location was great! There is noise from neighboring businesses and travelers, but if you want a cute, modern loft with access to a gourmet grocer and close beach access then this is the place! We will be booking again”

“This was a nice spot. The house was clean and in good condition. Quiet for the most part and a good view of the ocean on clear days. Not walkable to the beach, but we knew that beforehand. The kitchen was stocked with pots/pans and dishes. Beds were comfortable. The internet router was unplugged when we arrived, but that was easy night figure out (it’s upstairs under the TV there). The sink in the main room was clogged with hair and, unfortunately, this was not dealt with during our stay when it was mentioned on the first of 5 days. The other bathroom isnveryYou may want to bring bath towels with you. Bears do like there area and will go through the trash bin outside if there is food in it and it is not securely closed with the straps on it. The yard is fenced in and comfortable, but if your dog likes to try to escape from yards, I would suggest walking the perimeter and making sure boards are secure. There were a few loose boards my dog would have tried to use as an escape route.”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay, but had issues getting inside, and with general maintenance of the property (broken toilet seat, unmaintained exterior spaces). We know Neskowin pretty well and love the area, and we especially enjoyed being up in the trees and hearing the birds this trip! The interior selections are thoughtful. It just felt to us like nobody cared about the hospitality side or was ‘minding the shop’ despite being professionally managed. I’ve stayed in quite a few AirBnb’s so this was my first real negative experience in that regard. I think once they synchronize instructions across platforms and show a little more effort this place could be a gem. We did feel like nobody was paying attention, perhaps because it hadn’t been occupied for a while? Hence the unkempt decks.”

“everything they said was on point, the only problem was there was pet hair everywhere and other kind of hair on the beds and the beds had a very bad odor. I believe the cleaning crew did not wash any of the bedding. I let them know about it when we where there to see if they could wash the beddings but never got a response. I notified them about it again when we check out and they said they would let cleaning crew know about it but did nothing for me.”
