“This was the perfect place to bring our friends and family from across the country. The hosts were so responsive, kind and helpful. One of our smoke alarms’ batteries died, I reached out to hosts and within 10 minutes someone was there changing the batteries. The location was perfect, we could bike easily to the beach access and we could walk comfortably. The little neighborhood they are in is so quiet and private within the busy Seaside area. The front porch was our favorite place to be in the mornings and we had family dinners outside on the screened in porch. Overall, a wonderful experience and the hosts and the house just added to it. “Our family LOVED staying here!!! What a beautifully decorated place and they are very responsive if something comes up and you need something. This is silly and small suggestion but I do suggest they stock with kitchen towels there was only one to use . The golf cart was a game changer for getting to the beach because parking would have been an issue without the cart!!!! We would for sure come back!!! It accommodated four couples very comfortably. There were some stains on living room and kitchen chairs but other than that super super clean. Thank you for a wonderful beach week!!”

“We enjoyed our week long stay at the Palms! The space had most everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking and we appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer. The space was on the top (third) floor, which we prefer, and the neighbors around us could not be heard from their units. Our days were mostly spent at the beach. We found it helpful to rent an umbrella and chairs each day from the vendor mentioned by the host. It was very nice to not have to put up/take down beach equipment each day. We would stay here again!”
