“You have a beautiful place. And we had an amazing time. I would like to add a couple of concerns, or a couple of tips. One would be to have maybe some salt and pepper, 2 to have a broom and rags so we could have cleaned up a little better. And 3rd I would suggest to remove the see through coffee table in the living room.”

“My group and I arrived at Ryan’s place, and our first impression was positive. The home was nicely decorated, smelled clean, and the beds were neatly made. However, we encountered several cleanliness and maintenance issues during our stay. There were numerous scuff marks on the walls, a moldy shower curtain, a water filter that needed replacing, patio furniture that did not match the listing photos because the cushions were left on the ground, dirty kitchen utensils, used washcloths on the floor, and a used hairbrush in the bathroom drawer from a previous guest. We informed the host, who promptly replaced the shower curtain, which we appreciated. However, given the cleaning fee and that the property is reportedly inspected before check-in, these issues should have been addressed before our arrival.”

“Here's a balanced and fair review that reflects your experience: Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the property. The home was clean, comfortable, and matched the listing, making it a great place for our trip. The host was friendly and did respond to messages, although response times were a little slower than I would have preferred, especially while we were actively staying at the property and trying to resolve an issue. Unfortunately, the refrigerator was not working upon check in. We reached out multiple times hoping to have it repaired or to receive some form of compensation for the inconvenience, but neither happened before the end of our trip. While this was disappointing, the rest of our stay was enjoyable. Overall, it's a nice place to stay, but I hope future guests have a quicker resolution if maintenance issues arise.”

“We had a group of 7. We were there for a girls trip. The home had plenty of space. It is 2 sets of bunk beds but we didn’t have to use the top. The beds were comfortable. 4 bathrooms worked well for us. The living area only had seating room for maybe 6 but 5 for sure if you wanted to be comfortable but that was not any issue for us we just sat around the bar. I will say it’s a lot of stairs and you enter on the bottom floor but if stairs is not an issue for you you’re fine. I stayed on the rooftop. I don’t remember how far we were from broadway but it wasn’t a long drive at all. Maybe a couple minutes. We hung out there every night. The neighbors were friendly. The parking was great. It was 4 15 passenger vans out there along with all the other vehicles and we were still good. We were able to park in front of the garage without blocking anyone. I would definitely stay here again.”

“This was a really disappointing stay, especially considering the expectations set by the listing. We were already asked to check in an hour late due to cleaning, which was inconvenient, but it got worse when the cleaning person didn’t even leave until around 6:30. After all that delay, the place still wasn’t properly cleaned. There were multiple dirty spots, and we even found mud in one of the bedrooms, which was unacceptable. The bottom bedroom also smelled like cigarette smoke, which made it uncomfortable to use, and the washer was filthy definitely not something you’d expect in a properly maintained rental. On top of that, there weren’t enough towels provided for our group, which just added to the frustration. Overall, the place felt dirty and poorly maintained, and the experience was unorganized and not up to standard. I wouldn’t stay here again.”

“Pictures are not accurate, this please has carpenter Beatles on beds/ floors/ curtains. The listing is not what we got. The living room and kitchen were not the pictures as listed. Had to cancel reservation due to bugs. Oh and he said the cleaners were coming at 6 to clean the place again and that never happened. The beds were dirty, sheets were dirty. Floors looked as if they had never been cleaned. Other peoples hair was all over the floors and beds. Never have stayed in an Air bnb so disgusting. Don’t book unless you don’t like cleanliness,”
