“Listing was as expected. A very affordable option as a base camp for summer hiking in the area. Gas station/convenience store right across the street and Killington restaurants were only a 10 minute drive away. The office was closed when I arrived (5 minutes before they were scheduled to close), but key and instructions were available in the after hours box. Their refund policy is different than what is listed on AirBnB, so beware. Otherwise, I would stay again.”

“8/2026-This house easily accommodated our family of 13 without feeling crowded. The house is beautiful and the layout is great! There were many kitchen supplies available in the kitchen. Grill, hot tub, firefit were great. However, sleep is an extremely important factor when we are away, and that was rough. We clearly understood there was no AC and fans were provided, but we did not anticipate there wouldn't be screens on the windows, which meant they couldn't be opened at night (without attracting bugs in). This made it very difficult to cool the place off for sleep. Two mattresses were fine but others were very uncomfortable (sunken in and springs poking). Darts for dartboard unusable, ping pong paddles surfaces were peeling off, kitchen cabinet doors were falling off, things we expected to be in good condition for the cost.”

“We had a pleasant stay in Killington. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Good value for money and a convenient base for exploring the area.”

“The stream out back was peaceful and beautiful. Pool was the perfect temperature. Room was close to Killington and a few other bike parks that we planned to ride.”

“This is a nice place to stay. The heated pool was a nice way to end the day. It's a standard hotel room, so no kitchen and no coffee maker. (The gas station/store across the street has Green Mountain Coffee and grab & go breakfast sandwiches.) Not far from Long Trail Brewery and from Killington.”

“Everything was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only downside was the mattresses. They were too soft and not firm enough, which caused our bodies to sink and arch while sleeping, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and we had a great experience.”

“the place and people were great. Unfortunately AirBnB let me down for the first time. It as advertised as one pr ice (on two different devices by two different people in our party) but I was charged about $50 MORE! After several attempts to get it corrected with AirBnB...I got frustrated and gave up. The AirBnB associate I spoke with not only didn't help....he acted like we were lying to him and in no way wanted to understand or help! We're very upset with AirBnB...not the host themselves.”

“Please not I did not stay - so I can’t say anything about the rooms. Location looks goods google maps wise from the skiing area! Management absolutely awful - hiding behind an Airbnb policy whilst they have an internal 48hr policy. They have the ability to waive the fee on Airbnb. Moving the date was not possible. Airbnb even tried to mediate as there were extenuating circumstances that did not allow for travel.”

“Nice spot. Can go to either K-1 or Bear mt. 10-20 min drive to restaurants. far. Price charged was too high given the location though. 500/max. would steer away from Host, came at us re a plumbing issue after we left. maintenance issue. had to have AirBnB mediate issue. was a headache.”

“The house is very dated and some of the pillows had hairs on them. The host withheld a portion of my security deposit for what I deemed an invalid reason and was incredibly unhelpful during the process. The location to the mountain is the only redeeming quality of this house.”
