“We had an absolutely fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Orlando area. The home was exactly as pictured, no surprises, just a beautiful, well-presented space that genuinely felt like a home away from home. The pool was a real highlight and lived up to every expectation. The Winter Hills location is brilliant, situated within a gated community, we felt safe and secure throughout our stay, which made a huge difference to our overall experience. Access to Disney and Universal couldn’t have been easier, and having great shops and restaurants nearby meant everything we needed was right on our doorstep. If you’re planning a trip to Orlando, look no further, this place ticked every box. We’d love to come back!”

“I had sent photos of the damages that were inside, such as countertio burn marks, holes in the sofas, stains on the entry way floor, and just an overall worn out, and dirty feeling. We did not expect this.”

“We love Champions Gate for Spring Break. this townhouse was everything and MORE! There were only 4 of us, as we had family cancel at the last minute but there was space for at least 4-5 more guests! The townhouse had everything we needed for our stay! And the kids lived the pool! I''d definitely rent here again.”

“The Good Lovely, clean house and pool area, just like the photos.
Management responded quickly to a cutlery shortage.
Good location for shops, though a car is needed.
Central resort amenities (pool, lazy river, gym) were impressive. The Bad Early morning (around 6am) were disrupted by a noisy garbage truck playing music.
Nearby garbage depot caused additional early noise.
Resort pool was poorly managed (e.g., children without swim nappies); two grandchildren became ill, so we stopped using it.
Pool heating was misquoted ($120 vs $238); we had to challenge to pay the original price.
$35 + tax central amenities resort fee, originally told it was free, was later refunded after dispute.
Low-quality towels, cutlery, and plates.
Minimal basic supplies and no cleaning materials provided. Overall Would we stay again? No.”

“The place was amazing very spacious and located in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean, and they provided all the essentials, including kitchen utensils and bathroom supplies. The only downside was that the garbage was never picked up, so we ended up with multiple full trash bags in the house. Additionally, when renting the grill, it arrived a day late due to high demand, and when it did arrive, the tank wasn’t full, so we weren’t able to use it. It’s also been difficult to get this issue resolved. Aside from these inconveniences, the place was great.”

“We had a good overall stay. Check-in was easy, the location was great, and the home looked just like the photos. It was well stocked with appliances, dishes, and towels. We did notice a few issues, including a leaking ceiling with peeling plaster, large ants inside, and hair in the shower upon arrival. The biggest issue was the pool heat. We paid for it in advance and were told it was turned on Friday, but when we arrived Saturday the pool and hot tub were still cold. We sent updates and photos but didn’t hear back Sunday. After calling Monday, a technician came that evening and turned it on, and it was warm by Tuesday. The hosts did refund us for the missed days, which we appreciated. Great place overall, but weekend response times may be limited.”

“To start off we started our vacation at one location realized the description of the listing for the beds were misleading and the air conditioning is controlled. They accommodated us which was great! we appreciated being moved. We tried to book an additional night but we couldn't because of their computer system "updating" who ever runs their airbnb site is nice and considerate but the person who runs their guest services line is RUDE! I would book again because the person who i was messaging with on airbnb really was nice. Book and ASK QUESTIONS before moving forward.”
