“We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It was very spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located close to the Navy base. The beach access was easy and just steps away, and parking was a breeze. We especially loved that every room had a TV, which made the stay even more comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!”

“I was on the second floor and the noise from above me was horrible. Running and stomping all day and into the night along with dragging chairs across the floor. Years ago when I stayed, it was a lot quieter. Not anymore. And the weekends have lots of screaming kids and loud adults in the pool. And I am not against children, My great grand children stayed in the condo next door. Bathroom and Kitchen both need a deep clean. Both were dirty and in need of repairs. The internet access was awful. I could barely use the WIFI.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here and thought it was the perfect location! The beach access is super easy and not crowded. The pool is pretty small, but was fine when it wasn’t crowded! The elevator broke down towards the end of our stay which made the 6th floor trek pretty difficult, especially when having to carry a week’s worth of luggage and a kid down, but that’s not really in control of the rental agent. Overall, the condo was clean, but there were dirty spots on the bottom of the bowl of the toilets that looked like they just hadn’t been paid attention to. That’s really the only complaint with the interior! We will undoubtedly be back next year hopefully!”

“Not what I expected it to be. Have stayed at several places around the perdido key area and was disappointed in the quality of this unit.”

“Love Seaspray and being on the riverside as it is peaceful and beautiful views. Unit smelled musty upon arrival and 1 set of sheets did not appear clean on the bed. Unit overall needed a deeper clean and more upkeep.”

“The GPS address is not accurate, you pass the gate if you’re not paying attention. When we arrived there was a big stain on the master bedroom blanket, both bathrooms weren’t cleaned very well. The main coffee pot did not work, we had to use an old school one. The hot tub wasn’t in working order, and there was only one pool. The room was downstairs and all we could hear was people upstairs, they were very loud. Toward the end of our vacation, the door handle on the main door literally fell off. Communication isn’t quick, don’t worry about messaging Sharon via Airbnb, you have to contact a number via text message. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys at the unit. That was nice. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad, there is private access. I’m not sure if we will be back to stay at this location or not.”

“on the way there we received a text with a address to pick up a key. air b&b said it was in warrington the address took us to perdido keys and we got the key the place was very close to them. we noticed some working going on so wood and stuff under the place they was working next door. we seen nails laying around in the drive way and me and my daughter both god a rusty nail in our foot during our stay. other then that it was a nice place could be cleaned a little better.”

“I am writing this review to hopefully prevent others from booking until maintenance is performed on this unit. My stay involved mildews in closets and toilet, dirty floors at check in and so much dog hair that during the requested cleaning after check in, the area rug had to be removed from the condo because they couldn’t clean it. The shower didn’t work like any other shower I’ve ever experience and the toilet had to be adjusted from the back or it would run all the time. Requested to be moved to another location but was told that was not possible so I requested a price adjustment of some sort and was sent a generic 10% off on next visit with them (that I will not be using).”

“The location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway rather than a busy, bustling Beach vacation. The views are incredible from the wraparound balcony, directly on Old River with views of the Gulf of America. We saw dolphins in the "River" our first night as soon as we got there. The water is incredibly clear and all day you can see something swimming around... sting rays, crabs, large fish, etc. There's a blue heron that hangs around the dock most of the day and night, and is not afraid of people. The grilling area is very nice and clean, perfect to grill while the kids are fishing or swimming in the pool right next to it. The unit itself is very spacious and nicely decorated. The only complaint would be that it could use a little better cleaning and upkeep. We did have to wash some of the linens immediately due to them being unclean. There's some leaking around some of the AC vents, some cracked tiles including a large hole in one that could be dangerous”

“A disappointment. We arrived to a musty smelling condo unit with one, sometimes both, elevators out of order. We found our keys would not lock the deadbolt behind us when we left. The unit's cleaner should be replaced. The refrigerator and dishes were dirty. The master bedroom sheets were sandy. We stripped the bed our first day of vacation and washed all the bed linens. The kitchen is poorly stocked. We were thankful we only planned on eating breakfast in the unit. Our last day of vacation was interrupted twice by unannounced contractors. The first contractor pointed out one of the condo's sprinkler heads was broken. The second contractor was keyed into our unit by the property manager. The location on the beach is excellent, the balcony is deep with a large table for enjoying the view, and the beds are comfortable. We love Perdido Key, but will rent a different unit when we return.”
